Staff barely able to speak english. Had no idea about their bluetooth products, were staffed by only one person despite five customers crowded around waiting to enquire ab out a product. Staff phoned manager for me and she refused to come on the phone to answer my question that the staff could not even explain to her. Disgusting lack of customer service!

Good place for phones and accessories because the prices are low. The service is satisfactory and so is the quality of products.

Staff barely speak english, and do not know the law or the rules of a product they sell being faulty or needing service. They do not know how to help when a product purchased from them doesn't work and take weeks when they send away a product under warranty to the manufacturer and do not keep consumer updated on progress.
