Kathy and Mel came and did a face painting party today for our five year olds birthday. They were so good with the kids! They really know how to please the children and painted their faces with such fantastic style and cleverness. The kids loved it. Great way to entertain them indoors when its raining outside!

Excellent in every aspect. Have been going here for years and the fantastic menu hasn't changed. I love I can get exactly what I want every time. Never a disappointment. Five star all the way from service to decor to taste to presentation. I love this place and it's directly opposite Rivoli cinemas. Convenient before or after a movie!

NOT Happy! Saw a product in the clearance section early in the day but it had yet to be priced down and the staff member said he wouldn't be able to get to it for a while. I left store and intended drinving back later. Before driving all the way there I attempted to phone the store three times to make sure it was not a waste of time. They would not allow me to talk to the staff in that section nor would they ring and ask the staff member if repricing had been completed. EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL!!!!!!

Great hairdressers but overpriced. Too many hidden costs that left me Very upset as they extort more and more money from you at every turn. Extra charge for hair length despite my hair being average length, extra charge for more than one colour despite it still being same quantity of color, extra charge for conditioning treatment that they claim you cannot do without, then extra charge for toning my blonde hair. They asked if I wanted the massage function on the chair at the basin and I refused as I was scared they would even charge me for that too! My hair looked REALLY good when I left but being duped never feels good.

WORST carwash EVER. I bought a voucher for half price and the quality of the service was pathetic! My windscreen was smeared so much that at night the lights showed the wipe marks that I could not see out. To enable me to safely drive I had to pull over and clean it with the only thing I had....-my sleeve!! Car was left dusty, yet it was supposed to be dusted throughout, side mirrors also smeared and cobweb left intact on boot. My car is new and had not been driven for a month whilst I was away, it really was not that dirty but needed vacuuming between the console which they claimed they did not have a vacuum attachment that would fit!! Slap dash job and a disgusting waste of my time and money going to them!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Will not return!

Yesterday I looked up website for closing time and it said 7pm. I arrived at 5.55pm thinking I had an hr to swim in the warm sunshine only to be told five miutes later to get out of the outside pool as it was closing so staff could go home on time. i then sat outside to dry off as I have no interest in heated indoor swimming and was told to vacate the area outside. I asked for a refund of the $6.90 I paid and was told no as the inside pool was available. Everytime I have had a day off and gone to the outside pool during feb it was closed for school regattas and they do not let the public use it! I feel they should allow one lane at least. They wont even allow public to sunbake outside during school carnivals.

Served me at closing time despite all the juicers had been cleaned. Juice had no residual flavour of other fruits I normally get at other juice bars. Clean fresh really delish juice. Great location. Lovely family biz. Excellent five stars!

Authentic delicious supurb. Best pizza ever. gorgeous staff. fantastic salads. Love eating here, love the atmosphere. They make you extra spesh on your bday, turn the lights down and pump the music up!

I find any salon I go I feel slightly embarrassed having a brazillian done. Having to be completely naked from the waist down leaves me feeling very lol "exposed". Every other salon I have attended have taken steps to make me feel as comfortable as possible. The girls are reassuring and even offer a gown in most cases. It is known across the board a brazillian is the removal of hair front to back and everything inbetween, leaving the genital region free from hair.Occasionally some girls prefer a little left in the front but all want and expect everything underneath removed during a brazillian wax or brazillian laser hair removal.

First off at this salon the setting of their laser machine so low that you feel no pain and the hair is never fully removed. Some may love this choice but I just want the hair treated as thoroughly as possible so I am willing some discomfort to have this done as few times as possible. When I ask for the current higher they refuse and claim laser should not hurt. I feel they do this so you have (PAY)to have way many more treatments than necessary to remove the hair.

But what is completely different from any other salon. The slim and beautiful girls offer no gown nor reassurances, do not cleanse the skin nor apply aftercare lotion or instructions.

I bought a voucher for the choice of bikini line or brazillian. The wierdest part of all is that the bikini line is not included in the brazillian!!! They consider it a separate area!!!
But the most humiliating of all is when I ask for the underneath perennial area, they refuse!!!
MMM lovely to leave only that hair- NOT!!

The sad thing is they put the voucher on to get more business, but yet, because I experience such embarrassment requesting the very few hairs I have in the perennial region to be also treated and they refuse I will not be returning nor telling my friends to go there..therefore defeating their whole purpose of offering vouchers.

I cannot wait to finish up my voucher and go back to where I am made to feel comfortable during this procedure and not have the embarrassment to ask and be refused the entire genital area in a brazillian laser treatment.
