Customer Service - mediocre
When I bought a tablet and another mobile phone, I asked them to help in setting up and left the units with them. They promise they will set up and when I came back it wasn't.

Amateurish customer manner and service based on first hand experience with staff. I also observed interactions between customers and "management" - I had to cringe at their condescending manner. You can get better service from virtually anywhere else in this Westfields. You have options!
