Great food at the cafe table and to takeaway including hot food (pastas etc) sandwiches and delicious gourmet salads. Quite generous serves too. They provide a catering service as well - very yummy sandwiches. Wide selection of cheeses, charcuterie and gourmet goodies such as oils and cheese platter accompaniments. A great local!

Great deli! Haven't fully tested service yet so can't really make further comment. Small but fresh and well-priced selection of fresh fruit and veg, large range of smallgoods and cheeses etc. Lots of oils and pastas available. Very well-priced groceries too. A gourmet's delight!

Really great - ordered takeaway many times from them. Their food is consistently delicious. English may sometimes be a problem when ordering on the phone but they always have someone on hand to help if the first phone operator is having trouble. They do their very best and do a great job finding you when they deliver! Never had a wrong order either.

A very excellent local. Often very warm and accommodating - great personal service. Food is quite good too. Came once for Chinese New Year - the organised a dragon dance! I have heard from locals that it has been popular for a long time and I would recommend it myself. Ask for the waiter for suggestions. They apparently do/did takeaway.

Very very good food & coffee overall - have tried pastas (tasty bolognese!), mains, salads, breakfast options, desserts and coffee/biscuits. Would go every week if i could! Good, efficient and sometimes extremely entertaining service. Can't beat a bit of local character!

Very impressed overall. Food and coffee is consistent and quite good. One of the few dog-friendly cafes around - points for that. First time I have had waitstaff offer water for a dog without asking. Highly recommended!

Amateurish customer manner and service based on first hand experience with staff. I also observed interactions between customers and "management" - I had to cringe at their condescending manner. You can get better service from virtually anywhere else in this Westfields. You have options!

Previously have received very very grumpy service - a good reason to avoid the place in the past. However, in 2010 they have improved greatly in service all round. Even staff that was previously grumpy are now really nice to deal with. Value has not changed - this has always been good. Sandwiches and rolls are always well-stuffed with fresh salad. I buy lunch from them all the time now. Keep it up!

Really great for a franchise. Delicious wholesome breads, coffee, pastries and sandwich rolls. Get there in the morning (don't have to be there too early even) for fresh, hot rolls so tasty that you can eat them alone without toppings or spreads.

Simple jobs of fixing problems around the building, like graffiti and doorbell repairs, cannot be harder. Larger problems? Don't even bother. They rarely return calls or emails and actually seem offended when forced to speak to you when you do manage to reach them. How can management allow such poor service to continue? Because they don't care. I think the other review is suspect - I know am definitely not the only one in the strata that feels this way. The reviewer lives in Turramaurra??
