Bought a wall decal. They charged me $76 for shipping, which I queried, and they admitted in an email to me that it should have been $23. Also offered a 30% discount which was not applied, and I only just today received that as a refund through PayPal. Bought this decal almost a month ago, still not received. And no refund on $53 overcharged shipping.
Communication has been terrible. I have written many emails, a different person responds each time, and almost never address the issues I raise.
No advice as to what they intend to do about the $53 overcharge for shipping, no word from them.
AND NO ITEM either.
Not happy.
Would never recommend this seller/business to anyone.
If word-of-mouth can put a company out of business, this one is a good example.

Great website if you are looking for posters, prints, framed art, paintings etc. They have fantastic sales through out the year and when posted prints etc are sent in cylinders and packed really well. I love Polar Bears and over the years have purchased some beautiful prints from this company. You can spend hours looking through out all the different categories. Well worth looking at.
