The goods might be good quality and okay priced, but their customer service focus is dreadful. Bought products online almost 2 weeks ago, still not received. The seller doesn't seem interested at all, basically said that once they hand over to courier it's not their problem. Well, I'm sorry BUT IT IS your problem. We have been customers, and we should be your most important consideration. If this had been my business (and I've been in business) I'd have taken the order to the customer myself, personally, and apologised for the issue. I will never shop there again and I won't encourage it to others.
Yes, Julie (Simply Good) has advised that if, after ten days since pick up, she will lodge a complaint with Couriers Please, and then (one day) provide us with a refund; but I assume that is simply policy - in other words, not being particularly generous toward us. Nope, Simply Good is off my shopping list.

Bought a wall decal. They charged me $76 for shipping, which I queried, and they admitted in an email to me that it should have been $23. Also offered a 30% discount which was not applied, and I only just today received that as a refund through PayPal. Bought this decal almost a month ago, still not received. And no refund on $53 overcharged shipping.
Communication has been terrible. I have written many emails, a different person responds each time, and almost never address the issues I raise.
No advice as to what they intend to do about the $53 overcharge for shipping, no word from them.
AND NO ITEM either.
Not happy.
Would never recommend this seller/business to anyone.
If word-of-mouth can put a company out of business, this one is a good example.
