Alltech

I'm so sorry I didn't read reviews about Alltech before I dropped off my iPad for repair. I can endorse what others say on other review sites (and its overwhelmingly negative). Alltech were incompetent as repairers; they wouldn't tell the truth; they wouldn't face up to responsibilities, not even to put you in touch with the manager. I agree with other reviewers elsewhere that they seem unable to do anything other than change batteries on devices, they sure as heck can't change an iPad screen (stuffed mine up completely), and take weeks to do it, as well. They lied to my face, telling me that their website did NOT say that their Apple repair parts were authentic (I had screenshots to prove it). I think they have since rectified this, but you can imagine how I felt having someone dispute this to my face. They only survive because they have some sort of monopoly on warranty services (though not on Apple products - WATCH OUT Apple customers!!!!). They are bad repairers and atrocious at customer service. Be warned, and check out other reviews. Quality is horrible, and service is worse than horrible.
