received a toilet cistern and upon opening box it appeared that this one had previously been installed with sillicon still attached to the inside of cistern as well as the bolt, plus some parts are missing too. Allure refusing to replace and compensate extra costs for rebooking the plumber as we didn't open the box within 48hrs of delivery. (during a pandemic when renovations got halted)..will be going to consumer affairs for sure, they sold us a used item but we paid for a brand new one.

Approximate cost: $300

I would not recommend anyone purchase anything from Allure Bathrooms Mitcham. The bathroom vanity we purchased had a small fault with one of the drawers and they refused to assist as fault had not been reported within 48 hours. Consumer Affairs Victoria has questioned Allure’s guarantee and suggested the matter is taken up with VCAT. All over $50. All decisions came from head office but they would not provide contact details for me to follow up directly.

Approximate cost: $2000

Holy Moly what a shamozzle this business is. Its bathroom products are A1, but its service and systems are a right royal mess. I felt really sorry for the staff in the showroom, because there seemed to be a disconnect with back office, and they could never advise when the items we ordered would arrive. They apparently had a 'new system' which meant that they also failed to order our tiles, and it wasn't until we questioned their delivery, that we were advised no order had in fact been made. Then the tile supplier advised (two weeks after our initial order) that they could not in fact supply the tiles we wanted. They offered an alternative, but it was not suited to our job, so we then had to rush around finding tiles elsewhere (since our builder had already started the job). We paid for delivery, but some items were delivered to their store, and not us, and they expected us to come in and pick them up,. When we required an additional item, I called the store to order, and the poor chap I spoke to had to switch between two computer systems in order to be able to tell me how much the item was going to cost and whether they in fact had it in stock.

Approximate cost: $3500
