I had to spend an hour cleaning up after the cleaner as he pulled piles of dirt, lint and hair from the ducts and left them beside the vents on the floor. All surrounding surfaces were covered in dirt blown out of the vents. I won't be using them again.

Must be nice to have so much work that you can turn people away. Contacted this bloke who was going to get back to me to confirm a time to come and quote (even gave specific days he'd be able to come) and never heard from him. Why can't tradespeople do the right thing and say 'I'm not taking on any more work at the moment...' so people aren't hanging around all day waiting for them to call and turn up.

I hate this business. They have a business model that sets out to disappoint. They advertise nice looking clothing online and through catalogues, but NEVER have enough stock. If you do not order within an instant of seeing/receiving their adverts, then forget about it. They have a 'register here for re-stock notifications' service when an item is out of stock and will email EVERYONE at 6am when ONE item comes back in stock via a return. So unless you are reading your emails this early, by the time you click through to purchase the item is sold out AGAIN, since they only had ONE item to begin with. So their customers are then disappointed for a second time. They are ridiculous.

We've shopped here a few times as an alternative to the supermarkets. They have good quality, and a range of items to choose from.

This is handy to drop into if you have forgotten something but I couldn't afford to shop there regularly. It is a bit more expensive than the supermarkets unfortunately, which is a shame as it is good to support local businesses.

Situated in the busy hospital district this Cafe supports the Salvation Army Box Hill. It has free onsite parking too. Best coffee around and yummy cooked food too. You can smell the sizzling bacon from miles away! Yum

This is a good op shop where the staff have a flair for showcasing the items for sale very nicely. They are a bit more expensive that other op shops I have found though.

A gigantic op shop that sells a huge range of secondhand goods. The quality is true second hand but you can score some quality goods if you hunt hard enough. It is probably the most expensive op shop around. ie: they sell toys with broken parts for around $7+. They do have sales from time to time though.

This op shop is like a designer boutique! You can find top brand clothing for bargain prices. I bought some brand new top brand jeans for a bargain price and some jewellery. I love this shop.

This shop is more like a boutique than an op shop and I am currently loving a beautiful Italian knit cardigan I picked up for around $10.
