I had a negative experience with this company for the following reasons.
1. I had to chase them up weekly to find out when my job would be completed. They always replied with 'next week'. This went on for months before I decided to cancel the job with them.
2. They would not take accountability for their poor communication and they always had an excuse as to why the job was not complete (weekly).
3. They were rude on the phone and via email.
I don't recommend using this company for your fencing needs. I would give this company 0 stars if I could!

We had our fence installed by Allwood Fencing. It was so easy!
Their prices are very competitive, they were on time, provided a professional service and the fence looks great! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Built in Melton, Allwood were about the same price as some others, went with Allwood as they came out and quoted quickly - good service and they helped introduce me to my neighbour, no complaints here

We took our new house keys today, build was longer than we expected and full of headaches (Major Builder), fence was completed but our neighbours landscaper broke 4 pieces so we could see into their bedroom, I called Allwood and they had someone in the area who came out same day and fixed, only charged us a little for material, very happy and grateful for the good service, office people were very friendly too

Really happy with these guys, built a house in a new estate and was confused about what fence I needed, 3 other companies told me different things, Lois at Allwood explained everything, quote was much cheaper than the other guys too, they did their job and helped me sent notices to the neighbour, the neighbour told me roughly the same as well, we laughed comparing notes about fencing companies not coming out to quote, both of us were impressed with Allwood's service and as far as I can tell the quality is good, the fence is done, the dogs can't get out, the gate works, what more do I expect from a fence? They have just completed my boundary fence and after weeks of consultation, it was still built incorrectly. The man I dealt with build fences he wants NOT the client, if you need a fence don't use this company, their workmanship is extremely poor

This company is awful, rude and have no idea how to build a fence. We have had so many issues with our new fence within its first 10 months. We contacted them numerous times to get no reply via email or phone. When they bother to take your calls all they do is argue.
One issue (of many) was our gate misaligned, to the post, it did not join/close. They refused to fix it even under warranty. So I had to fix it myself. I dug around the post only to find there was nothing holding the post in the ground. They just dug a whole, no cement and stuck it in.
I contacted them again and the owner argued. He said they put 8kg of cement in each post. No evidence of that.
I invited him to come to my house and ‘pick any post’ in the fence and we can dig around it and show him there is no cement, he agreed and we selected a date and time. The date arrived and no one showed. I have been calling since and he is now not returning my calls.

Our fence is now uneven, splitting and on a lean all in less than 12mths.
