I have to agree with the below reviews, these people are terrible and the attitude is unacceptable. A couple of days after I dropped off my heater, they called me with a quote and I was told that if they ordered the part before 12 noon, it would be in the next day so I agreed to order the part before 12 noon. Nearly 2 weeks later after not hearing anything from them, we called 3 times to ask for an update - no response. We went to the store to pick the heater up but as it was in many parts, we could not take it. The engineer assured us it would be ready the next day. It was but when I went to pick it up, it was filthy, they hadn't even wiped their greasy finger prints of it and they scribbled our name on the back of it in permanent ink. When I mentioned that it had taken 2 weeks to fix, the staff behind the counter said that parts take a long time to come in. I advised them that I was told they come in over night and their response literally was 'Whatever'. I just wish I had read the reviews before I took the heater in!

Was directed to go here from Vax. They are hopeless and rude. Trying to defend Vax when really the product I had was of poor quality and design. They also try to charge to leave a item there for inspection for warranty repairs. Avoid the frustration and go to a shop located in Bondi as I found them much more helpful and didn't charge a fee to inspect a warranty claim.

Was reluctant to use this business because of reviews, I had some warranty work on a Vax vacuum cleaner, they completed the work reasonably quickly and were simple and easy to deal with. I find all these negative reviews a little difficult to believe. I would recommend this business and apparently, they have been going for some time.

I will never deal with this incompetent company again! To this day I am STILL awaiting for my warranty repair of my Electrolux vacuum cleaner! It has been there for almost 2months! They are hopeless. Will be contacting the Office of Fair Trading NSW if it is not resolved shortly!

I booked in a gas oven and asked for a quote which I received and authorised the following business day when I was told the spare parts were in stock and the repair would be done within three to four days. When I rang on the fourth day it was clear that they had forgotten to order the parts. I rang three days later.. eventually two weeks after I had dropped in the appliance they rang and advised the first quote of $227 was wrong, the repair would now be $487 and they would have to order in parts. In other words, they stuffed up on the initial quote, forgot to order parts and then expected me to meekly agree. I collected my oven but unfortunately left $40 - they refused to refund the $80 quote fee despite totally inept service, only refunding $40.

This business REALLY needs a WAKE UP call and I agree with the negative reviews here- their service is horrible. Their staff give excuses for status on repair. Don't expect them to call you after an unreasonably long wait. They are the appointed repairer for some major brands and not cheap! I wish enough people read reviews before doing business with a company like this. I wish I had done so. I will Never use them again.

Big mistake calling them--dont do it!! Charged me a callout fee of $132.!! They were here for 10 mins max and twiddled a few nobs.didnt even take the cover off my washing machine.told me i needed a new timer and would call back with a quote.I ended up ringing them!!They had taken down my number incorrectly so had rung someone else with the quote.Wait for it---- the quote for a replacement timer was going to be over $450!!!! this is on top of the call out fee. That means a total of over $580--OMG!!!! Asked for the management to call me back with a better figure but never got a phone call!!! Went with another operator who replaced the timer plus more--total charge $280(including callout fee of $60!!!) I wasted $132 on these guys.

Worst customer experience ever!!! Staff were extremely rude to me, the customers before me and even customer after me!! Strongly recommend going elsewhere - I will NEVER go back there again, surprised places like this are still in business....!!
