I would recommend the pick up drivers but the blonde lady needs a course in customer service if I were the boss she would be sacked she will turn customers away

Booked with Alpha with international flight arriving at 10.40. I received a text message while flying to say that as the plane will be in late I was to take a taxi to pick up car. My flight landed at 10.13pm and I texted back letting them know I was in time for pickup. No answer from Alpha. As we were travelling business class were out the gate at 10.30. Phoned Alpha and was kept on the phone for over 10 minutes on hold to speak to someone, all the while they had gone home. In the end we took a taxi costing us $45. Arrived at the office at 10.45 and doors locked. It says on invoice that they close at 11pm. Looks like this has been going on for a while as seen in previous review. I suggest anyone coming in on a pm flight should book with another company as this company don’t stick to correct closing hours. I complained on the email after the event and some guy called who wasn’t very interested in listening and had a terrible attitude to my complaint. Never again.

I have always used Alpha for airport parking with great results. I had an unfortunate occurrence in July. My flight was,delayed but due to arrive in Brisbane at 22 14. I had a text from staff saying if I wasn't at pick up area by 22 45 ,I needed to take a taxi. I was,at pick up point at
22 35 no bus in sight. I waited until 22 45 no bus. I was furious as the taxi cost $28. At the depot before 23 00 no one in sight. Clearly had an early mark. I contacted Alpha,several times,with no reply. I am travelling again soon, a credit of taxi fare would be nice,,otherwise I will reluctantly use another company

Don't go anywhere near this place! Your car will only be returned worse than what you found it

Terrible sums it up, not a good way to end a trip finding out the place is closed and you have to wait 5 hours before you can get hold of anyone

Absolutely untrustworthy, did not take proper care of my car, were late for pick up, way later than every one else, made us needlessly walk to them rather than park close by, the driver must have thought he was a co pilot the way he was on the 2 way the whole trip, never saw my GPS again, it was in the car when I left it there...waste of time complaining to the owner, who just told me he was rich and basically didn't care, he eventually offered a %15 discount next time I come there to be ripped off…fat chance, waste of money, left to feel like a fool for using them. Totally humiliating way to finish off our holiday. Use some one else, there are plenty of other airport parking places without their odious reputation, I wish I had read the reviews first.

Whilst I have no issue with the parking (3 days), the service was poor. Overcharged and despite picking it up immediately (before leaving the premises) we had to wait over 2 months and make in excess of 10 calls to obtain a refund. They keep telling me it would be processed today - then came up with every excuse under the book as to why it wasn't. Also had to call to find out where they were when picking us up from the airport, despite the fact they had our return flight details (apparently you have to call or they don't come, yet we were not told this). Other companies had been twice and we were still waiting.

Booked online for an early sunday 5am. Also checked things out via email, making sure it was all ok as I'd be there at opening. Got there at 5am, noone there. Noone replied to my email the next day asking what happened. Had to drive to the airport myself and pay their parking fees, the very thing I wanted to avoid. So unprofessional and you wont be getting my business again.

Easy to book online, we arrived and paid, they parked our car in security while the mini bus drove us to the airport door. On our arrival back to Brisbane, we rang them as arranged and a bus was on its way to pick us up. By the time we got to the pick up point the mini bus was there waiting for us with the smiling driver! Taken back to the parking station and our car was waiting for us next to the office, undercover and ready to go! Also they were the cheapest I found online!
