I am very happy with the result achieved by both Tony and Samantha for selling my unit. They are absolutely professional and helpful!

I found Tony and Samantha easy to work with and there was flexibility in their negotiations and willing to listen. They worked hard to get favourable outcomes for both parties. I wish them the best for their team effort and will use them again.

Tony was very friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. He did everything he could to sell my property considering I only gave him a 2 week window to do so. I was very impressed with the price we obtained. It was what we were wishing for, but honestly thought we would never get. I would like to thank Tony for a great job. I would also like to mention Samantha, she was also fantastic. GREAT JOB!!!!!

Alpha Residential managed my property for almost 2 years. Throughout this they could not keep a tenant for longer than six months. They constantly missed payments causing my loan to default. When it came to parting company they refused to hand my keys back. The property was left in a mess with no bond to cover it (because they had already paid it back to the tenant). Now they are trying to send me a bill for title searches etc.

On top of all of this Alpha Residential's customer service has been disgusting. They have been misleading and have lied on numerous occasions. Appalling behaviour for any real estate company.

Please don't use this business!

Great service, I had appointed Alpha Residential to sell my property & I am over the moon with the result.
My wife & I are very pleased with the service and Tony worked hard to get the property sold $30,000 more than expected. We would definetly use this Alpha again & will always recommend to anyone looking for a professional real estate agency. WD Smith

Costs were dramatically higher than promised.
Engaged in advertising that was not authorised.
Extremely disappointed and unhappy
