After my appointment was cancelled by them twice (once on arrival and once the day before), I finally got my appointment. The keratin treatment was great, love it. The hair cut was pointless - pretty much no hair taken off and parted in the wrong place (even after asking). My hair was also wet after the "blow dry" - which I had to point out. A staff asked me 3 times if I had kids, it got embarrassing to answer them ...... I don't mind that the staff wasn't the smartest tool in the box but not listening to customers when making small talk, doesn't give them confidence that you're listening at all . I'd recommend it for the treatment, but not the cut and not the customer service. Overall, I wouldn't go back.

I too purchased a voucher, but for a full head of foils, cut and blow wave. Initially I was very unsure about what was happening to my hair as I asked for a full head of blonde foils, to break up the solid rusty-orangy colour I had (I didn't mind the solid colour but wanted a change and lighten up). I began to get concerned when the Hair dresser was only putting colour on my re-growth and was asking me if I liked the colour I had...I asked about why the colour was only being applied to the regrowth.. the answer was strange and the hairdresser continued to only apply to the re-growth. When I think of blonde I htink highlights, not the same brassy colour I already had... I was very confused about what I was going to come out with.... Thankfully another hairdresser came over to check my foils and I stressed my concern to her....THANK GOD she took over and applied the blonde to the remainder of the foils and added MORE blonde foils to my hair... the result was AMAZING and I am very happy... great result for what would have surely been a complete disaster. I've got a 50% discount voucher to use, and I will use it for sure...but I will be very specific as to who I let touch my hair... So, lets put it down to a communication error..... Thanks for the RESCUE and the chats about our sons... see you again soon...

Went to salon on weekend with a scoupn voucher for my daughter for a keratin treatment, having never used one before. They were down one lady and busy, but the service from Tamar was outstanding. They were so lovely and professional, and we will now be back for not ony more treatments but cuts and colour. Thank you for great service!

I've been coming here for just over six years now and I don't let anyone else touch my hair. Alure has exceptional customer service and they really look after the customer; they let you know what is good or bad for your hair and use appropriate treatments, they're not just after your money like most salons. I have recommended this place to heaps of family and friends regardless of age, gender or hair type; Alure caters for all. Love this place !
