An excellent and quick service. This is what I call a very reliable company. I called them on a Monday morning and they came in the same day, repaired my oven in few minutes, and gave me a 12 month warranty. Shanan was extremely polite, friendly and, above all, very professional. My congratulations! Do not waste your time looking for other companies. If you need someone to repair your appliances, call them. I will certainly keep their phone number and recommend them!

Everyone I dealt with was super professional, detailed in followup and delivered a great customer experience.
Emma was great with all her follow up of parts and organizing Kane to visit on the two occasions, once before Christmas to replace the compressor fan and just this week to fix the door.
Special mention to Kane who was always on time, very friendly and did the job in a speedy fashion. He talked me through everything he was doing and why it needed to be done.

One of the most professional companies that I have dealt with. They were courteous, prompt, sent a confirming email and Matthew, the tradesman who arrived, was both courteous and very professional. Best appliance service interaction I have ever had - from go to whoa. Very helpful and friendly from the first phonecall. Email and telephone updates when the booking changed to an EARLIER time. Technician visited the same day as I called and was prompt and very knowledgeable.
