I ordered from Amazing Graze Flowers as per order #AGF127311 for a bouquet of flowers. I had requested pick up from the store at 10 am, however when I arrived at the store at 10:10 am the flowers had not been made for pick up. I had been advised this was due to high volume of walk in clients, this was disappointing given I had scheduled a time for pick up to make it both convenient for myself and the store. After waiting 25 minutes for my flowers to be made they were finally given to me and I left the store. After I left I realised they also had forgotten to include the card I had requested as part of my order. So I had to go back to get the card, which took them a further five minutes to find and then print.
This was overall a terrible experience and for flowers that should have been ready to pick up turned into a 25 minute wait. This time resulted in being late in travelling to rural Victoria to celebrate my Nans 80th birthday, which the flowers were a gift.
Incredibly disappointed with the service & the provided flowers were of a mid quality would not recommend anyone to purchase flowers from here.

Valentines day delivered late at night and missing half the order! Customer service was very rude and after being told I was going to be called back by a manager TWICE, I had to initiate a chargeback myself. Unbelieveable, do not trust this company with your important events.

Run and run far away from these people. Delivered the wrong items, then kept telling me that they would refund, but still haven’t.
They keep coming up with excuses, that Angel will have to check with her partner , and then I get another story the next time.
Paid over $450 for the wrong flowers to be delivered and they just do not care.

I have used Amazing Graze twice before I recently ordered Bespoke flowers for a friends birthday. She sent me a photo as she was thrilled, her daughter contacted me to say how lovely they were, and I was delighted by what was provided. Coincidentally, 2 days later I received a bouquet from them from a friend of mine, just to cheer me up during Covd, and they were lovely too. Great value, highly recommend, I will be using all the time now. Thanks girls!

Terrible customer service. Sent Happy Birthday instead of Sympathy flowers. They refused to address my concern. I called 10 times over a period of 2 days; they have excuses each time not to talk to me. On top of this, many of the delivered flowers were dead. I would strongly advise using another company. That was $ 300 of my money poorly spent.
