We were so thrilled with Evan and Mel and would highly recommend them. The party exceeded our expectations, the kids all said it was the best party ever. The kids were totally entertained with so many games, was just so much fun. Thanks AKP team!!!

We had a wonderful day All the kids has a blast. Chelsea Cinderella and Ellie Tinkerbell were very friendly, smiley, punctual, professional and engaging. The birthday girl was a bit unwell and the girls were very gentle and really took time to ensure she still enjoyed herself. It's the little things you notice.

We've booked party in 1.5 months upfront and paid a deposit $195 (out of $300) for up to 15 kids and 1 entertainer

The day before party my kid woke up with a high fever so we had to rearrange our booking

From this the troubles has began . Phone is permanently 'playing music' No one answering on emails We've got call back only few hours late and found out The Amazing policies - even with rebooking we are totally losing our deposit $195 !!!!!
During booking time we had an email how cool their parties etc but we had absolutely no information regarding rebooking and cancellation! What a shame!

So, kid is unwell+no party as we lost our money that belongs to the party

Never again! Just awful!

My son had an arts and craft party for his 6th birthday. There was confusion with how many children were attending, i had increased it from 15 to 30 there was only 18 coming but had to pay the higher fee as they don't allow to pay per head after a certain number. Two days before the party i got an email to see if they could arrive 15 minutes earlier. Two entertainers arrived earlier than expected, the one that was doing the face painting had no idea what was going on she had forgot her face paints, lucky the other girl had brought hers. They were unaware as to how many kids were coming, but said they "should" have enough supplies. The girl doing the craft activities lacked direction, and was wishy washy in her instruction. I felt as though i had to keep directing her, asking was it time for the next activity ect. For the fee of $550 for 1.5 hours i would have expected a lot more!! I could a done a better job on my own. They had 3 paint colours for the plaster painting black, red and purple. Everything just ended up a black mess!! I had attended a arts and craft party a couple of months before for my nephew they had used a smaller local business who charged a lot less and the quality of their staff and products were of a higher standard. Maybe a bigger company like " Amazing kids parties" has lost its love for what it should be! I was offered a $25 refund and a $25 voucher for the feedback. Definitely wouldn't use them again!!

Where do I begin?

I have had characters at my 3 kids birthday parties for years, today was definitely our worst experience.

Every parent came at some point to complain about the entertainer. He was rude to every person. He had a bad attitude and was not in character for one moment, not even one line 'to infinitely and beyond', where is the character?

He managed to hurt a child during the parachute section.

His costume was dire, floppy, dirty (with obvious marks) and cheap. No head piece, so he looked like a guy that wondered in from the street.

His games were not great. Hide and seek in the house? Really?

His face painting was terrible, to the point of embarrassing.

I asked him to leave early, after an hour. I wished I'd asked him to leave earlier. My husband actually wanted him to leave straight away. The party was so much better once he left.

I put a lot of effort into parties with catering and special fondant cakes etc, the entertainer was not only terrible, he actually caused the party to be a failure.

My son was lucky enough to have Dr Nick conduct his 6th Birthday Science Party. He arrived with plenty of time to set up and was professional and flexible in his approach. Nick had both children and parents entertained, engaged and laughing. He was very quick witted when answering questions from 5 – 6 year olds and was easily able to keep them on task. One parent messaged me the next day saying “It was the best children’s birthday party they had been to”. If you are thinking of having a Science party I would highly recommend you request Nick as your entertainer. Thank you Nick for creating these memories for our family. We would not hesitate to use Amazing Kids Parties in the future.

Character didn't show up, and we were only told just before the party, so had no time to organise something else. Had all these kids at our house and had no games planned r anything. Disgraceful. Would not recommend them. They take down all their neg feedback on facebook

We chose a Disco party for a 5th birthday

*ALL Equipment was forgotten on the day
NO bubble machine
NO smoke machine
NO lights (this is clearly stated on the website as part of the package)

We had characters Wonder Woman & Captain America.

*Wonder Woman did not have her tiara on so the costume was incomplete.

*Captain America's costume was not the same as displayed on the website.
He was not sharp, strong, powerful looking.

*No fuss was made of the birthday girl to make her feel special in any way.

*Prize was a small piece of sting that went around the child's wrist. Meant to be lots of prizes. Wasn't

*No WOW factor, zest, super high energy games, interaction, excitement, personality. lacked oomph. Characters lacked direction. Almost as though they didn't want to be there.

***SLOPPY, SLACK, DISORGANISED & VERY DISAPPOINTING***

We will never ever use them again.
