I am very disappointed in your business. I made the mistake of choosing you guys than the one I used before. You completely ruined my daughter's princess theme party and everything that I worked hard for to plan this party. I asked for 2x princess characters and it is what I expected having paid $490 but your entertainers turned up with one with no costume at all and the other a mermaid costume!!!! Like what in the world! You called me on the day to let me know that there is a mix up but by God you did not endeavour to give me my money's worth. There was no empathy at all. You guys really broke my heart that day because I planned everything down to a T and you just ruined it. And I hired 2 entertainers for 15 kids so there will be lots activities for 1.5 hrs but much of the time was spent face painting and only 15 minutes in games. I have used other entertainers so I know you are supposed to do better. You could not even insert a balloon twisting which other entertainers have done in one hour by solely with 1 person. To top it all there was a lack of communication from you guys from the get-go. Very, very disappointed that 1 week from now I feel so downtrodden and in rage about the whole thing. You guys did not deliver and I have told all my friends about it.

It was terrible service from Amazing Kids Party,
I have paid for Little Kids Party Entertainment $470.
The party time was on 4pm-5.30pm
But on the day, only 1 lady who did the face painting came late at 4.14pm and left at 5.30pm.
And the other entertainer did not show up, she only texted and called me at 5.33pm said that something wrong with her car so she couldn't make to my party. Wow, she suppose to come at 4pm and just call at 5.33pm.
- I was embarrassed, sad, disappointed, upset, angry, my daughter FIRST birthday was ruined because of the entertainer.
And I only got $220 refund from $470 that i've paid for the whole package.
Once again, I have paid for the whole package, not separately for the face painting.

Bought party bags from them. They put age inappropriate magazine in and refused to take them back/ replace / refund.

The Mad Scientist for the Science Party was a real hit. He was full of energy and the experiments were fun. Would recommend this party for 10 year old girls birthday party.

We hired a face painter at the last minute from AKP for my daughters 1st birthday party.

Not only was the process pre event seamless, the face painter on the day did an amazing job with the kids.

Would 100% never have a kids party without using AKP services.

Highly recommended.

Very disappointed! Firstly yes my daughter was very happy and surpised that princess belle made an appearance at her party, but i would also like to add that what i payed for i didnt get. I have attached the things i payed to get. 1.princess belle yes She was on time and very nice when she walked in. 2. themed party games? That was deffently not done on the day. They played musical chairs and she blew up a long ballon and done limbo with them? 3. Princess work shop teaching the kids magic to be a princess? No! 4. Fun and dancing yes she put on some music and done free style dancing so the kids just danced and got pretty bored and moved away to go play. This went for about 10mins. I also heard her say go in side its time to eat when the table was open for them to get what they wanted when they wanted. It was like she was trying to get them to do other things so she didnt have to do anything. 5. Ballon twisting she didnt even make one for my son and a few other children missed out too. It was so fast that i didnt even see her start and ended. 6. Face painting yes she did face painting the kids hated it and took it off straight after. Some of the parents said she was rude to some children. 7. Prizes and music?? What prizes?? Im not happy, you would think you would get good professional service with an australia wide company but i think i would have rather payed a small bussiness to do a better job. After all this i contacted them and they offered me $40 back i said to be honest thats not good enough for how much i actually paid and they haven't even botherd contacting me back after sending them emails after emails!!

From the booking process, the friendly staff members and efficient service to the day and our amazing Elsa host it was a perfect process!

Superman was amazing! We loved having him at our party last weekend.
We will be back next year to book again!

Our favourite part of the day was the balloon twisting and the role playing. Superman got all the kids to be little superheroes, it was so cute!

The best face painting I have ever seen. Our host was so talented, creative and brilliant with kids. Will come back to these guys next year
