Always questioned this place hygiene and skills but went out of convenience. Never again. Came today to remove acrylics that lifted badly in less than 2 weeks, and they cut the tip of my nail bed off with the first cut while using clippers to remove my acrylic nails which is so bad in itself. I walked out. Don't go here. Would leave less than 1 star if I could.

The other reviews here are old. Things have changed.
Couldn’t get a more professional service anywhere. My nails always look natural and stay that way. Thanks

Had my nails done for my formal and they looked amazing. Just as the name describes. The polish stayed on for weeks and looked great the entire time. The employees were lovely and very helpful and rather gentle in their work.

Expensive and rushed. This was not a 'spa' experience but instead an awkward rush job. Shellac has completely come off within 24 hours. Will not return

I thought I would support and try the services of a local business BUT upon entering the nail salon I had an instant negative experience. A staff member stayed seated away from the main desk and looked at me and said "Yeah". I said I was interested in receiving a quote for a couple of services and she pointed to a brochure on the desk and then looked away. I was absolutely shocked at the lack of customer service and no care factor. I cannot even review the workmanship of this salon as their attitude toward new clients is in the negative .
As this is a very competitive industry with a nail salon on every corner, effort needs to be made to attract new clients and keep current ones. Many times I have walked past this place and they have empty seats. Very disappointing.

I have been here twice for mani pedis and both times the polish was put on as if a 2year old had done it. I thought I was unlucky the first time but I went yesterday and my big toenail isn't done properly and every nail has polish on my skin.

I've had spa pedicures here a few times now, and it's always a bit hit and miss. Yesterday the girl painting my toes didn't do a great job, but she did paint my three-year-old's toes for free, so I can't really complain TOO much. The girl doing the pedi this time seemed to be in a big hurry, so it wasn't the relaxing experience it had been in the past.

Easy to get appointments and they keep to time. Plenty of staff. The owner is always friendly and the staff are pleasant, although the lack of english means no chit chat.Good quality work

Approximate cost: $35
