On quoting they seemed good. Made dates to do it and stood us up 4 times over 3 weeks! Didn't ring to say they couldn't do job as agreed. If we didn't call them we would have been completely in the dark. On 4th appointment he gave a firm commitment he'd be there. Didn't return 2 calls we made just before the date to confirm and didn't even turn up at at all. No communication, no reliability
