This place looks adorable from the outside and is very obviously a US style diner. We had a great burger and fries, with a cupcake for dessert. All good serves, although not cheap.

This is one of those special places that you go to every now and again as a treat. The staff are friendly, the food is usually good quality (We did have one bad experience where our burgers seemed slapped together and were missing ingredients) The cakes are amazing and the icecream is to die for!

This place is also know as American Cupcake Diner which is the website where you will find the easiest to follow burger, hot dog and dessert menu but not the cupcake menu.
If you are into fried foods, this is a great place to go. Americans LOVE to fry everything.
The burgers look amazing, the nachos serves look huge, the burgers are larger than life, the hot dogs dont look like much but I believe are quite tasty.
The dessert menu - well what can I say, there is just soooo much to choose from, you just have to go more than once.
I picked the surf and turf po boy with half serve tater tots, my drink was a mango snapple and dessert was sugar waffles with warmed blueberries, cream and vanilla ice cream.
Because the waffles although thick light and fluffy arent very sweet, I recommend an extra scoop of vanilla ice cream to bring out the flavours of the blueberries.
I found the fried shrimp in my po boy a little too oily and the dressing a bit over the top.
Tater tots go amazing with ketchup. I tried my brothers onion rings and they were best I have come across.
It is definitely a place for the big eater but it is FAR too small for what it sets out to be.
They have a wonderfully huge array of cupcakes but they also have a large range of U.S candy and drinks.
The cafe can only seat 16 or so people but it gets a bit tight especially as they get busy with take away orders or people wanting to buy twinkies or other American produce.
You can find A Lot of U.S candy and soda varieties not found at other lolly import shops. They even have a product called Goober which is a jar of peanut butter with ribbons of grape jelly/jam running through it.
Dont look down on the floor because it looks as if it needs a good cleaner. Looks like there are layers of floor cleaner that havent been cleaned off and because of the narrow spaces, cleaning food off floor while there are customers in store is difficult so careful where you step.
This cafe would do well no matter what the location and at the very least not only double the seating size but double the kitchen to allow for faster food prep.
But don't let this put you off because it is still a food experience not to be missed.

Great service, food is really well priced and you get lots of it. Only downside is their isn't a lot of space.
They have a fantastic range of cupcakes - it was hard just to pick one or two to take home.

Fabulous Fooood! This little cafe certainly has an american feel to it, absolutely love their American menu, there is so much to choose from so I will be going here multiple times. Loved their onion rings, nacho's, american milkshakes with whipped cream and as for their burgers and fries - you have to try for yourself. They have a burger challenge (which I did not try) you have to eat this burger and a basket of fries in 10 minutes and it free, if you don't then it's $22. The burger consists of "4" beef patties, "8" slices of cheese, bacon, salad - just to mention a few. Whilst it looked delicious, I didn't think I could do it. The record is around 4 minutes, how, I do not know! Also, yes they have cupcakes, so many cupcakes, my girlfriend had a very difficult time selecting which to try, as there are around 20+ to choose from.
Really enjoyed going here for something really different, the menu is huge, the people are very friendly, great service and american atmosphere. Excellent food! Definitely recommend, definitely returning.

The most amazing variety of cupcakes, and sweet desserts. And I would crawl over hot coals for their icecreams & special candy apples on sticks. Yummo!

We got a bunch of take away to share amongst friends. One of the best American style meals I have had outside of the USA. Delicious chilli & burgers. Will definitely be back!!

If you're a sweet tooth this will be like Heaven! An amazing array of cupcakes with a constantly changing selection. Very nice coffee too, this place is a reel treat.

We took our kids to this place on a Saturday for a special early dinner. The food was good (not much healthy stuff - but that wasn't expected). You can get all the American soft drink varieties and of course lots of different cupcake varieties. I had a red velvet one and it was lovely. Staff were very good with the kids.

Regular customer at this business for the past 3 years. EXCELLENT customer service, product range, everything is freshly made. Flavours of cup cakes change daily. Owners regularly travel OS to obtain new product for this absolute gem of a shop. Impressive and extensive range of products. Best coffee in Norwood.
