Firstly when you approach this little business tucked away you feel a sense of peace and serenity. The smell of essential oils emanate throughout the rooms. Although there are only two treatment rooms, it is good as you don't hear the hustle and bustle of everyone else. It was so nice to be in a place that was calm.
The therapist was very welcoming and professional in her manner.
Once in the room for a massage it was at a good temperature (I hate being cold when getting a massage), the music was soothing. As I had a particular condition to treat, the therapist did assessments and testing on the particular condition, she was very thorough.
I felt comfortable through the assessment.

The treatment itself was amazing, she knew exactly where my body was sore and had just the right amount of pressure throughout the massage.
In the end I was in an almost meditative state, I felt completely relaxed yet my body feels like it has had been treated. I had much better movement in the affected joint after the massage.
I highly recommend giving them a call. It was well worth it.
Plus they were much more competitive in price as compared with some of the other massage businesses around the local area.
