I had Mike come out and have a look at my fridge. He explained everything until i understood was patient, friendly, really nice over all. I couldn’t have asked for someone better. I highly recommend AMPS.

After buying a brand new washing machine, we put a load of washing on and suddenly the door lock wouldn't release, after trying all of the troubleshooting we could, we called the manufacturer who put in a service request but advised us it may be up to 2-3 days wait. Not even 20 minutes later Mike called me telling me he wasnt far away and was happy to slot us in to at least open the door, after 5 minutes he arrived and and hastily looked into the issue, identifying it and removing the broken component. He informed us it may be a couple days wait but would check his stock and within an hour had called me back saying he was on his way back with the part in hand! All in all an excellent service and repair, and Mike was absolutely amazing with the way he interacted and spoke with us, explaining the issue in detail while also solving it.

I found Mike by using the Yellow Pages website. After providing him with my fridge details, he was able to find the exact motor that I needed for my freezer. He called and came over early the next day. He was really friendly and explained everything that had gone wrong. I like using local people as they are honest and normally know a lot more than people from bigger companies. I would definitely use him again and recommend his services.

Mike responded as soon as possible. We made a date and time in which he followed up with a couple reminder texts. His knowledge and extensive work history in several different field's of technology solved our problems on the day with the washing machine.
I like a chat with service people to gain knowledge, provided they have time. Mike was able to work and talk about the job at hand without disappointment. I wish Mike all the best for the future as he is the last of the old school workers who deserve an early retirement

I had an excellent experience with AMP Appliance repairs. The customer service was fantastic and Mike went above and beyond to ensure my dryer was fixed quickly and efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about getting everything done right. I highly recommend AMP for their outstanding service and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I didnt end up using Mike due to the fact that Hisense offered to replace my fridge and i had to cancel Mike at the last minute. However in the lead up to Mike was very thorough and professional, gave me a very informative quote and answered all my questions very quickly . It was greatly appreciated as our compressor broke and noone wanted to assist except for Mike so i thank him very much. He also made a time to fix our fridge asap. Hopefully i wont need to use him but if i need further assistance with this new fridge i will definitely use Mike. Thank you again for all your help.

Mike, was vas very thorough in tracing the intermittent fault were having with our fridge. Hisense recommended AMPS Appliance Service after we had another company out & said that there was nothing wrong with our fridge.
