Terrible after sales service. Spent $3000 in furniture & one item was badly damaged. After countless emails & phone calls, it is still not resolved. Keep getting the run around. Cheap, poor quality products. Stay away from this company.

Advised them of a complaint and was emailed back from the man and basically told to get lost?
Long term customer and spent 50,000 dollars over past 2 years.
They never return calls and there products are sub standard. you get what you pay for i suppose.
He likes to take your money. but dont challenge him cause he hates it! young and inexperienced i guess

Couple of days ago I visited AMR's shop in Ingleburn. It's a huge warehouse with lot's of hair and beauty products. I bought some makeup items to test and so far everything is fine. Will post another review if something goes wrong.

Cheap and nasty products and service. Purchased one of their cosmetic cases, fell apart within 6 months of usage, tried to make warranty claim, their customer service never gets back to you and ignores you. One of them finally promised a replacement on the phone - never received anything. I would highly recommend you avoid this company!

They are a Warehouse hair and beauty barn. Everything is cheap but good quality. They have hair products plus makeup etc. I really enjoyed the shopping experience there.
