I bought several bicycle items. One was a bicycle stand and it is recommended that a bicycle specialist install it. I inquired if this could be done and the manager was arogantant and made it clear to me that he wasn't interested in assisting me today or next week. I was willing to pay money for the service. I was disgusted by his public relations (non existent). He could have told me he was unable to provide the service in a pleasant way and I would have accepted that.
The next day, I took the bicycle to Belmont Bike Power in Roslyn Road and what a fantastic response I got. The stand the Anaconda manager had sold me was incorrect for my bike. Therefore, the Bike Power Manager sold me a new one (much cheaper) and fitted it for me in 5 minutes. Thank you, there are still good people in the service industry. Anaconda you have lost my families business and my daughter and brother are professional cyclists. Due to your arrogance, I am sure you won't care.

We needed help buying the whole setup for our family to go camping. Our staff member helped us for over an hour finding just the right "everything" that we needed. He went out of his way to help us not go over our budget. Extremeley satisfied with the service we recieved.

They sell everything for the outdoor adventurer; camping, fishing, water sports, cycling, rock climbing, etc.
We have recently bought a camper trailer & have found Anaconda our one stop camping shop! Tents, sleeping bags, cooking, clothing, lighting, just about everything!
