I was initially attracted by 'kids play corner' advertisement but decided not to take them this time.
Meredith was professional & made me feel very comfortable. Did not expect first-time bikini wax to be so easy & relaxed!

Delicious pies, pasties and good range of sweets but very pricey.
Best thing: I love their pumpkin & ricotta pastie. Other favourites are lime tart and vanilla slice. They also do a great plain meat pie.
Worst thing: Expensive & not open Sundays. Often run out of pies too early.
Staff: generally friendly, but on one occasion I was disappointed they wouldn't accept a $50 note & asked me to go and break it somewhere else
Food: hot pastries & sweets = yum

Recently ate here with large group of friends. Restaurant was busy, food reasonably priced & absolutely delicious! Loved the banquet which gave us a taste of a whole selection of dishes. Staff were accomodating of wheat intolerant/ coeliac friend & provided seperate dishes for her. Licensed & BYO.
Doesn't look much from the outside but WELL WORTH a trip inside! Deceivingly larger than it looks & very popular place. Only opened fairly recently but always busy.
Great food. Great service. Definitely recommend booking ahead.

We had carpet in six rooms that needed to be re-stretched. Found Corey's number in the local paper & he came and quoted job within 24hours. Great price, good workmanship prompt, honest & reliable!!!

Have had a few pleasant trips here, service was as expected, small variety of cakes, sandwiches and usual fried foods at expected prices.
However on my last visit I was shocked and quite embarrassed when an employee refused to take my money. Granted, I was buying drinks for my children and only had a $50 note to pay. HOWEVER, I did not expect the flat out rudeness and refusal to take my order.
I would love to know how they expect to stay open when they refuse sales... and is it really necessary to humiliate customers in front of others, who are just trying to make a purchase???
Now I can understand if there was a legitimate reason for rejecting my purchase, but surely this can be done in a polite and friendly manner.
I will not be returning.

I was referred to Dr John How by my local GP during my first pregnancy. I found him to be very professional & highly competent.
I had a couple of incidents where I needed to call him urgently & both times he called back & arranged to see me quickly. Then, during a difficult labour, he was always one step ahead & ensured a safe delivery.
The personal care continued with my second child, and I would have absolutely no hesitation seeing him again, should we have a third.
I believe he has offices in Werribee and Spotswood.

My son was treated for an emergency requiring stitches in the chin. We were directed to a nurses station, where a nurse assessed him and covered the wound. He was seen by a doctor within 10 minutes and had stitches put in.

The attending nurse was fantastic with my 3 year old and I was pleased he was seen so quickly. Originally, I took him to the emergency dept at the W'bee hospital. They told us we had a long wait ahead and THEY suggested we try the plaza medical centre. I'm glad they did because the centre was great & we were trated & back home within the hour.

Open 7 days. No appt necessary. They can also do xrays on site.
