The person who did my hair was friendly. My first appt she didn’t get the colour even close to what I wanted even after charging me extra for toners and treatments so they said if I came back they would only charge the groupon price again and would get the colour right. The colour is so patchy and streaked with purple blue from the toner and yet there is still brassy yellow bits too. The cut looks like I did it myself with blunt scissors but I’m just not the sort of person who can speak up at the time and I was just so embarrassed about how bad it looks and was sure they were all going to be laughing after I’d walked out.

Hazel and Andrea are FANTASTIC they both are beautiful ladies great cutters and have old fashioned service and values but they are up to date with all the glamorous designs for hair today so yourself a favour make an appointment and enjoy the experience I am not going anywhere else highly recommend them and beautiful personalities it was just such a special treat 10 ! Out of 10!! You’re the best ladies !!

Used a Scoopon and the whole experience was pretty terrible. Very shabby place. Told that my appointment was actually 15 minutes earlier than I had written down and I would have to wait until foils had been put in another girls hair. I had other errands to run so decided on trim without a wash or treatment. By the look of the place I was not convinced quality of the products anyway. Very strange cutting technique, taking bits of hair and cutting randomly. Hair was too short/uneven. Avoid.

I agree with the last review and yes you get what you pay for. The salon is cold, I walked in with a Groupon voucher, Was not acknowledged for 15 minutes. When I finally was seated. I gave her the voucher I paid $70 for, she was instantly rude . I was wanting a change with my hair, some advice. Now For a head of foils (I have shoulder length hair) it took 3 hours for fools a cut that she bust went around the bottom of my hair and gave me a bob, I expected more than a 1 minute hair cut. I went on to advise I was late for another appointment and again she got on her back foot, Advised I should expect to wait at least 3.5 hours for what I had done. On departure she advised I had to pay $30 for Toner. What a rip off! Do not bother , the lady next to me was there for 4 hours.

I used a voucher to visit Andrea Adele's Hair Studio. You know that old saying "You get what you pay for?". Well that should have been warning enough. I was in the chair for 6 hours for a cut and colour and then she had the gall to charge me an extra $20 at the end of it for toner. Also didn't have eftpos so demanded that I go to local servo to draw out cash at 9pm in the evening. You have been warned - visit at our own peril! I would never go back in a blue fit!

The salon isn't pretty or glamorous but It has all that you need though. However it has something extra, something special. It has in my opinion, the best hair cutter ever!. Andrea is A WONDERFUL and warmhearted person who can CUT HAIR beautifully, I have been there twice now so it is no fluke that she does a good cut, I'm never going anywhere else and I will never let anyone EVER touch my hair, it is only Andrea now,

I went it with a photo of what I wanted done and it came out completely the opposit she didn't even ask any questions about what I wanted

Staff where rude and rough when doing hair and I couldn't be more upset

Recently used a groupon there for a full head of foils and despite what I read I loved what they did. Small place, but both the women foiled my hair at the same time and blow dryed it so it was super quick, and the colour was great too. Paid for a toner which was to be expected, but I would go back. Not all that pretty but for the price and what I got I really was happy. Dont believe everything you read, cant speak for everyone but the service was great.
