Everyone is this salon is friendly & welcoming. The service has always been great and my Colour/cut/style has always been exactly what I've asked for. The salon isn't the prettiest but the prices are more than reasonable and I think that is more important! I've been a client of Andrea's for nearly 3 years now and I'd never go anywhere else.

I purchased a Scoopon/Groupon voucher September 2015 to have my hair done prior to going on a cruise in October. Three weeks prior to my voucher appointment I had my medium length hair permed by Andrea absolutely loved the outcome, Andrea did an amazing job and to this day I still have quite nice waves. I then attended the salon a few days before I sailed away using my $79 voucher. Andrea was great in giving me a hair appointment on a weekday after 5pm (not many hairdresser will do this) and I'm not talking about late night shopping Thursdays, I had foils 2 colours, moisture treatment and cut, style and blowdry. Extremely happy with the outcome, absolutely loved the colour of my hair, the haircut was good and the blowdry/styling was lovely. Ok the salon isn't glitzy glam but it wasn't unpleasant and I would much prefer a lovely mannered, compassionate, excellent hairdresser than a glitzy glam salon.

This was the worst hair experience ever! Do not go there if you ever want to be seen in public again. I only went there because I had a discount voucher. I had to wait weeks for an appointment. I wanted to give myself a treat after the school holidays but the experience was horrific! From the minute I walked in I wished I wasn't there. The place is dirty and has no airconditioning. I was made to wait for 30 mins before I was even take to the hairdressing chair. There was only me other person in the shop when I got there and the apprentice was attending to her. Another customer came in with a voucher and she was made to wait even longer than me. My voucher was for foils and a style cut.
My hair ended up bright orange instead of deep red. I had longs hair when I went in and asked for a shoulder length cut. Well, instead of cutting my hair in layers, she just picked up chunks and chopped it off. My kids could have done a better job. To dry my hair she requested that I lean Forward and put my head upside down. While I was upside down I noticed a nit on my cape. Argh! She then dried my hair very roughly while slapping me in the face with my wet hair. ....and then she charged me an extra $20 on top of the voucher because my hair was long,!!! Well it isn't now and I have to go to another hairdresser to get a proper cut. I will never be back!!
