Great quick and economical meal. If you love dumplings you will love this place. This is not the place to spend the night over a long meal, but as a quick bite before the movies or on the way home - it is perfect. Dine in or take away, dinner or brunch. This is the place

The shop front is a bit dingy but don let this deter you from going inside. The food is really delicious!! They serve fantastic yum cha dishes as well as other Asian mains. However,if you book in advance, you must pay a minimum of $20 per person- which is not a huge ask for such delicious food. The prices are reasonable and the food is filling.

This is a gem of a restaurant. It's quite tiny, seats about 30 at a push, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in delicious-ness!!
Andy's serves yum-cha in the evenings (which is a bonus as it's usually a lunchtime thing) as well as at lunch. All of the menu items are made to order too, so there's no steamy cart being pushed around. You order what you want and it comes out hot and fresh. There is a fabulous selection of steamed and fried dumplings as well as soups, main courses and desserts. There are also set menu options. There is even colour-coding on the menu to let you know approximately how long each dish takes to cook. It's BYO too. The staff are friendly and put up with you dithering around while you decide what you want! There are pictures of what most of the menu items look like (which always make me even hungier!) Because of the size, you need to book ahead, especially on Friday & Saturday nights (they also have a minimum spend of $20 per head on those nights). Tasty, fresh food served by patient and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Approximate cost: $varies
