Fantastic Customer Service, went out of their way to find me and order in a book that I was dying to read. Would recommend to anyone. They even contacted me to tell me that it had arrived early so I could pick it up! They were brilliant.

Very customer savvy staff members. Very helpful with ordering in specialty books (ie. Deepak Chopra)!! Clean and orderly shop. Staff wanted to help you as soon as you walked into the store, but if you said you were "just browsing" they would leave you alone and not ask 20 billion times if they could help you.

i go to a&g sometimes if i cant seem to find a book at a certain place they can usualyl have it there. which is very good. helps me with a great deal if i really want a certain book.

On a one handed last minute Christmas shopping trip (ie with a screaming baby) I was so impressed with the helpful service I received from this store. I was pushing my empty pram because I had my baby in my arms so I asked at the counter for some books I was after and they happily found the books for me and offered recommendations for gifts. It was a really lovely shopping experience. For a small store they have a good variety of books and great people working there.

I rush there when I book I want comes out. They will always order you in what you want or need. Great prices too. They have everything there and I rarely leave there disappointed.

I was searching for a specific book which was not in stock, but after checking their listings they offered to order it in for me. It took about 1 week. I have now ordered a number of books that are often not stocked on their bookshelves. On each occasion it has only taken approx 1 week to arrive, at which pint they call me tolet me know that it has arrived. The staff are always happy to help with a friendly smile and I have always found the service to be excellent.
