Ordered meal to eat in and was told I would have to have it in a bag as there were no trays. Looking around I saw tables uncleared, those that were hadn't been wiped down. The missing trays were all over the place. The counter was dirty with spilt drinks. The Mcslurpee machine was out of order and the McCafe was closed, this was at 7pm and it wasn't busy, only 4 customers while we were there. The ice cream machine had a teatowel sitting in the catch tray to catch drips. Ice cream machine looked unwiped and the toppings containers had dribbled into glug pools.
Looked for serviettes which had not been provided in my eat-in bag and found one staff member holding three piles whilst finishing her conversation.
It seemed there were plenty of staff behind the scene laughing and chatting, the two that did manage to look like they were cleaning up did so slowly for a few minutes and then gave up. One bin had overflowing trays on top of it, the door was open and it looked disgusting.
I have been in a few McDonalds in my time but this would have to rate as the dirtiest, and I don't mean untidy from a rush I mean dirty. We left but not before I took some photos to forward to someone at McDonalds who might actually care.

With a major life change happening I needed to open my own bank accounts and get financial advice. As a single mum working part-time I felt as if I would rate fairly low down on the type of customers the banks would look favourably upon. However I found the staff here to be fantastic, especially the manager and financial assistant. I was treated like a VIP from the moment I opened my account through to the financial advice I recieved which on reflection was perfect for me at that time. A week or two later I was further surprised and delighted when I recieved a call from their customer service area enquiring to see if I had had any problems activating my cards or using the banks facilties and if there was anything else they could be of assistance with. I have since been back for further advice and the service is exactly the same. You feel important and it does your self esteem good when you get VIP treatment as a small account holder. I will definitely be staying with this branch of the ANZ

I recently took my daughter there for dinner. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated, it has a cosy feel and is very clean. We found the waitress to be very friendly and helpful. She was always on hand to catch the extra drink orders so there was no waiting. While there was a wait for the meal it was worth it. You could tell that the meal was freshly cooked and it tasted great. The meals were decent sized servings although I felt that the side salad could have been a slightly larger serve. Good value and great service. Worth a visit.

My daughter and Ihave now eaten here on a number of occasions and it is fast becoming our favourite place to sit down for a quick meal.
The dishes are above average per serve. I find their risotto dishes to be fantastic and the entree more than satisfies if you have an avergae appetite.
I have never had a dish here that I could fault, it is perfectly cooked, hot when it arrives. The staff are always friendly and are nearby shoudl you need something else during your meal. The cost is very reasonable.

We have always taken our animals here for treatment and have found the service to be exceptional. the staff are always professional, friendly and truly care about your furry friends. Over the years they have treated our rabbit, dog and 3 cats. I wanted to rate them here because although they are a non-profit and non -government funded organisation they ALWAYS treat our furry friends as the most important client of the day. The costs incurred are exceptional value and it seems from what I have witnessed that no-one is turned away through hardship with a payment plan for concession card holders when needed.

My daughter loves this store. The kids get to choose the soft toy which they then take to be stuffed but not before the fantastic friendly staff go through a little ritual to make their bear very personal and special. They place a little heart inside the bear which has been kissed by the child for love, rubbed on the childs tummy to keep the bear from getting hungry and much more. The child then gets to select their own outfit and dress the bear. After this they sit down to put the details into a very simple computer for kids from here is printed the bears own personal birth certficate. You always leave feeling you have just been a part of something very special even though it is a bit pricey

I presented this store with a real challenge when I gave them a photo my mum treasured and asked if they could enlarge it. It was approx 2cm x 3cm and black & white. As I had no idea how to work the instore computers they had, Tamara took a great deal of time and patience to end up with a 15cm x 20cm picture that looked amazingly clear.
We were both completely delighted. Tamara was also happy to advise that if I brought the print back they could actually try to restore the scratch running through the middle. This is still on my to do list.

Have dined here frequently in previous years as the prices are great. Have noticed on last few occasions that the quality of food is slipping. It used to be great value for money even though service although always friendly is a bit slow after initial order is placed. Pasta was lukewarm and undercooked and my daughters dish bolognese was lukewar and oily. Have decided not to eat here again regardless of price.

I was looking for a natural salt lamp and was amazed with the large selection I found here. I was further pleasantly surprised at the prices. They are by far the lowest I have found anywhere. I found out from the staff that the owner of the store is actually an importer of these lamps which is why they can keep the prices so low. I don't thinkyou will find cheaper anywhere else, so check here first. A 3-6Kg sphere was $86 and a natural 3-6Kg was approx $56

I was searching for a specific book which was not in stock, but after checking their listings they offered to order it in for me. It took about 1 week. I have now ordered a number of books that are often not stocked on their bookshelves. On each occasion it has only taken approx 1 week to arrive, at which pint they call me tolet me know that it has arrived. The staff are always happy to help with a friendly smile and I have always found the service to be excellent.
