I've got very thick hair and my previous wrong haircut made it worse. All I wanted is someone who can fix and reshape my hair. I managed to do some research on the internet and found a lot of compliments towards Ani Jones. Now I'm very pleased to have a new hairstyle and colour that matches my face, it gives me a lot of confident.

Ani is a professional hairdresser who everyone can tell she has high experience and knowledge about hair. She gave me tips to take care of my hair. Her daughter is very lovely and helpful.

I have been searching for years for a hairdresser who could cut my think hair, without it `voofing' into a daggy triangle unless I used straighteners. Ani did a fantastic job. Patient and skilled - she really listens to what you want. And most importantly, what you DON'T want. I walked out with the best haircut I've had in about 10 years. I've had compliments from strangers too! I went in with a voucher but didn't feel I was rushed, or given any less attention that others paying much more. I'll definitely be back.

After my long term hairdresser relocated recently I knew I had to embark on a journey I hate taking - "find the right hairdresser".
I love everything about this place. It is relaxing and you are well cared for from the moment you walk in. Ani was absolutely lovely, told me exactly what I can expect and how much will it cost. No hidden surprises. She is extremly dedicated and you wont see her running around trying to attend to dozen of different customers during the time allocated for you.
The work she has done with my hair is absolutely gorgeous and many have already asked me about my hair.

As a new customer i had my hair consultation recently and Ani is Fantastic!. Ani's daughter Imojene was very welcoming and friendly. It has been more than 10 years since i stepped foot in a hair salon and i was anxious. My hair is long, thick wavy and dry. Ani shared her wealth of knowledge and experience, very easy to talk too and she knew what style and colour would be best for my hair type and also shared tips on how to look after my hair and scalp. I walked out feeling confident that Ani will look after me and my neglected hair. My appointment is next week and i am looking forward to it, especially the results! Hair Diorsa is a relaxing salon with a unique vibe. The staff are highly trained and professional. I have been coming to Hair Diorsa every six weeks to have my hair cut and coloured for almost two years. I have always been treated like a Queen! As soon as I walk up the stairs to the salon Imojene greats me with a warm welcome, offers me a drink and magazines and capes me up. Imojene and Ani work as a duo. As Ani cuts hair, Imojene colours. Imojene is very mature and knows the essence of time management and professionalism. In the hairdressing industry it is important that one can hold a conversation with a multitude of people and that is exactly what Imojene does! Thank you hunnies :)

Imojene is very professional, welcoming to customers; & is very good at applying colours; shampooing, conditioning one's hair & scalp & styling hair. She has a nice phone manner; listens to the customers needs & is attentive to detail. I have also observed her teaching junior staff in a consistent, professional manner in order to get the best out of them. I had a wonderful experience on my very first visit to Hair Diorsa today and I will definitely be a regular. Imojene welcomed me on my arrival (thank you for the great coffee), the location was great and the salon has a wonderful relaxed feel.

I so often find, even after a lengthy conversation with the stylist, that I walk out with an 'age appropriate' cut (and at 56 that's not a good look for me). I read the reviews on this site and felt that Ani would know what to do with my hair. I wasn't disappointed. Ani is a very experienced stylist but, more than that, she can see the person 'wearing' the style. I am delighted with my new look and will be back as a regular with a shot at a colour too next visit.

Firstly, Ani listens. She really wants to know what you like about a style and is very honest about what your hair type will look like with that style.
I felt like she asked a lot of questions about what I wanted, instead of the usual, “trust me, I know what I'm doing”, without even asking what I'd like or how much time I have each morning to style my hair. She treated me like an individual, not just another number, and took the time to understand my concerns.
My new haircut looks and feels absolutely amazing!
Ani also showed me ways to style my new hair at home with the products that I already have, instead of trying to sell me hundreds of things in store, like most hairdressers do.
Everyone was very friendly and I was taken care of from the moment I walked in. Fabulous service and a great cut; I couldn't ask for more.

Ani is a goddess ... Until I met Ani I had a deep fear of hairdressers cause they would always make me look like a freak! Not Ani I always walk out looking amazing and my colour lasts for months ... Love the new salon too.

All the good reviews are right. Ani is amazing. Other salons and hairdressers told me that they could not give me natural blonde foils without a toner. Well, Ani gave me the most beautiful natural blonde foils without any toner. I have recently developed allergies to hair products in the past and Ani listened to my concerns and recommended products that have actually worked (and products which are not sold in her salon). I am a very happy customer and highly recommend this salon. Finding a new hairdresser is scary when you have allergies and are fussy about your hair. Fantastic place. Hairdressers who listen and understand are hard to find but you will find them here. I'll be back!

I recently undertook a research mission on the "interwebs" to try and find the best colour consultant in the business. Guess what - I found her! Sorry Ani, I have spilled the secret. This lady is a true magician. I went into this salon with (very) dark, somewhat unkempt, long hair and I left with a beautiful, copper toned colour and updated style that I am so pleased with. I know this sounds like a "fan-girl" letter but seriously, bear with me. The lady who came in just before me looked so amazing that I had to tell her so before she left. Her colour and cut (by the lovely Nora) took years off her face and she was glowing. Like myself, her colour really highlighted her eyes and skin. If you are wanting to have a transformation (like me) or just a great cut, I don't think you can go wrong in Ani or Nora's hands. Thank you so very much. See you again in 6 weeks.

The girls Annie and Nora were simply a delight right from the minute I walked in I felt very welcome and was treated to a complimentary hair treatment as Nora had a client who had taken longer than expected.
