I've had both Ani and Connie do my hair and my children's hair. They always go the extra mile. They are great with colours and styling and have clearly done lots of extra training. Nora is a great addition to the team also.

Ani is very knowledgeable on hair fashions and styles and always provides great service. Its really great to find a hairdresser who delivers what the customer is expecting plus more.

Ani has been cutting my hair for 13 years. I keep coming back because the experience is always fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Ani and her team are fantastic. I cannot give them enough praise. They have been cutting my hair for over 12 years now. They are very professional and look after your every detail and are by far the best hairdressing salon in Brisbane. I encourage everyone both young and old to give them a try. Ani, thank you for taking the time you spent with me shaving my head before I lost it though cancer. It's been the hardest thing for me as I always love for my hair as you know to be looked after every six weeks. I do though look forward to this week when you receive my new hair you ordered for me, it's lovely and private in your studio therefore I am not having to feel embarest to sit there while you customise the wig for me. Thank you for your kindness Ani and all your help and addvice aswell as makeing me feel as comfortable as possible.

I made an appointment to get my hair done after reading all the fab reviews. After turning up for my appointment, I was eventually told that I wasn't booked in....for another 2 weeks. The girl I booked the appointment through at no time apologised for the mix-up or my inconvenience (I drove 45mins to get there). I rebooked, with a different stylist as I believe in giving a second chance. I was happy with the service then.
But I turned up to my eagerly awaited appt yesterday, Thurs 27th September, and was told the stylist wasn't there! I wasn't even given an explanation, just 'we tried to phone you but the number was wrong'. Not even an apology for me having driven 45 mins again for nothing! Of course it was the same girl who couldn't apologise the first time. She offered to do my hair, which I refused as I have no faith in someone who cannot even offer decent customer service. Or get my phone number correct.
And this is treatment of a customer who had already agreed to outlay nearly a thousand dollars! I had already booked permanent straigthening for October at a quoted cost of $650! And this doesn't include the nearly $300 I spent the last time.
I was very upset and disappointed as I was looking forward to seeing what Ani could do with my hair. But I was even more distressed by the atrocious customer service I have now received on 2 out of 3 occasions.
After the first 'misunderstanding', I requested contact by the salon before I posted poor feedback, but I am still waiting for contact..... If they can't even phone me (on the correct number which I re-supplied yesterday) to apologise and offer some sort of incentive to return, I will never be going there again! Although I shouldn't even have to ask to be telephoned as it is just decent customer service!

In a word, Fantastic! Noura and Troy made me look and feel like a movie star - both are more than hairdressers, they are artists, love their work.. a wonderful haircut, foils, massage, blow dry. Both have experience and expertise that shines through and it is a very relaxing, beautiful serene environment. No prizes for guessing that I would highly recommend Studio14. You can't go past the massage chair- it feels like you are in heaven.

Ani has been cutting and colouring my hair for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She corrected my hair colour so that it looks natural and lasts longer (uses great products) and always talks you through what style cut will look best for you. She listens to you and advises you - and you can trust her experience and professionalism. Totally relaxing and friendly atmosphere and great decor in the new salon on Park Rd.

Who knew it was so difficult to find a hairdresser that actually listens to what you want AND does a great job!?! Over the last few years i have been to many salons in Brisbane from low end to high end but I never walked away thinking "wow what a great haircut - i'll go back there"... until now that is! After yet another horrible haircut I decided to try my luck and "google" myself a new hairdresser. As silly as that sounds I am so glad I did because i stumbled across this website and the rave reviews on Studio 14. Troy cut my hair a few weeks ago now (so i have had ample time to review his work ;-)) and i agree with one of the other reviewers he is not a stylist but an artist! He did an amazing job and really took the time to sit down and talk me though the hairstyle/picture that I gave him. I totally love my new new look and can't believe that it pretty much looks exactly like the picture i gave him. I am very happy to say that I have finally ended my search for a hairdresser and I will not be going anywhere else now that I have found Troy and Studio 14. It's a gorgeous salon, everyone is very friendly and I will be recommending Studio 14 to all of my friends.

I used to put off going to the hairdressers because I hated the rude service and boring conversations. But I can honestly say I look forward to my 6 week appointment at Studio 14, where I know I will be listened to and really pampered.

I have had all sorts of treatments done, from trims to cuts to foils. I even had hair extensions for my wedding. The colour matching was beyond belief, and some of my friends who came to the wedding thought it was my natural hair (Rapunzel length).

Its a relaxed atmosphere with a fun new makeover, but still very professional. I love the massage chairs and the chocolate spears served with the coffee. All the staff are so lovely, its like catching up with friends.
