This is a great place for children - the site has tours at specific times a day, these are well organized with milking of cows, feeding of ducks, chickens and sheep and a drive around in the tractor to see the different animals. Very involving and gives a first hand experience with the animals which the children absolutely love. There are also free pony rides and a playground for the children to play in.
There is a cafe there but not much to buy there and basic toilets which probably need some renovation. The staff showing the animals was very friendly however at the cafe and at the ponies' staff was less enthusiastic. A bit of expensive compared to other animal farms but given the experience, totally worth it!

Take the kids to a real farm, not just some animals stuck in a paddock. This place is set up for visiting, but there's the elements of a real property to enjoy.

Children can ride a pony, milk a cow, collect eggs from under the chickens, pet baby animals in the nursery, see and feed duck and sheep, goats and alpacas ... and more.

There's also a playground, a dam, hay rides behind a tractor and the staff are fun and full of information.

There's a big farm shed to have your snacks in, some basic toilet facilities and there's even a double decker bus you can hire for groups.

Open 1st and 3rd Saturdays. Other groups can book during week.

It's just a fabulous day out. Loved every minute of it.
