Unfortunately I didn't get a great experience with Anna Fiori.
I had to always chase them up & they never returned my calls! Really disappointed with their horrible customer service! Do not recommend!
My personal experience over twenty years has been great.
I know that they have closed their Collins street store in the last week but still have their Brunswick store open.
They are "Australian Made" and I always get a great pair of shoes at a reasonable price.

I was fitted for a pair of boots for my birthday in May and told they'd take two weeks. I was finally called in to try them on in the final week of July to find that nothing had been done and the calf measurement was the same, therefore the boot didn't fit and was unbearable.
I'm not questioning the quality or how good it is to have locally made, but the customer service and level of communication was appalling.

I have always had great service and have been a customer for over twenty years. To make my boots took two tries but I have never looked back and I get a couple made every two years.
Most places would charge approximately $1000.00 for a custom made pair of boots. You should speak to Julie she has always helped me. She even came to my home when my son was sick so that i could order a pair of shoes for my birthday.
The shoes are excellent quality & the staff are really accommodating. Because they manufacture the shoes here in Melbourne, you can get your size even if it's not in stock at the time. You really can't compare price when shoes made in China are such inferior quality as well as cheaper labour, & when Anna Fiori have a sale, the prices can be amazingly cheap! I love to support a local business when the product is good & it's backed up by great service. I've been here a few times & I'll keep coming back
Although Anna Fiori were not the most efficient in delivering shoes on time, the craftsmanship was excellent and shoes can be made to measure for an extra $30

I really like to support Australian made footwear but the price needs to be more competitive and arrogant sales staff are a turn off
The one point I believe that you are all missing is that the shoes are Australian made. How can you compare prices of shoes made in china with those made in Australia. I have bought their shoes for years now and have had shoes last me 10 years or more so I cannot agree with your comments

I stand by the Australian product we make and believe we offer a service and product which is unique in Australia. In this world of globalisation we stand fast as an Australian made and owned company. Yes we may have our challenges and limitations but unlike the mass produced product, we make a product which is handmade and unique. Every shoe includes a little "sole" of ourselves.
