It was a fantastic experience. Initially, Anna worked on my fear of heights, an amazing experience. Then she uncovered some other aspects that gave me great benefit. She’s amazing the way she gets me to explore events and connections and now I have great visual images to work with on my issues. It’s an important process to heal my inner self. Overall it was very enjoyable. I came with an open mind, hoping to get help for my sugar addiction. I experienced personal growth through a very painful process but it was cleansing. Professional, friendly. After smoking for over 14 years I now don’t smoke. I still get small cravings as it’s only been 3 days not smoking but I can now over power the cravings within the mind.
