Excellent experience, Anna is very calming and easy to listen to. I didn’t expect hypnotherapy to be so full on, but it is absolutely what I needed to deal with my emotions.

A great experience as it has helped me see things clearer and prioritise my many issues I currently have. I experienced a sense of calmness with the brain starting to slow down after week 2 which makes everything easier to access.

I was a long time smoker, somewhat doubtful, but desperate to give up. I just couldn't do it on my own after many attempts.
