I started to have my amalgams removed today with a high level of anxiety. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr Patel and her staff. Her professionalism and her demeanor made the whole process go smoothly i have further sessions booked and now feel confident i made the right choice choosing Dr Patel and bcd dentistry

Despite paying extra for a color match ( in daylight and artificial light) and for 2 imprints of my own teeth, the crowns are too large, do not match my other teeth in color or shape, bled and ached constantly for over 12 months, split my bottom lip open on numerous occasions (where they poke out, and changed my profile to BUCK TEETH! I am extremely unhappy with the response I received when I said I wanted them redone. ( which was to sell me an overpriced mouthguard that made the pain even worse).. I had previously been very happy with my results here ...and would have given a perfect score, but that all changed the day my crowns were put in. I am fed up with people saying I now look like a rabbit..beaver... etc. I sometimes am even embarrassed to smile in public. It took me years to overcome my fear of dentists, and now I have lost my trust again.

Visitng the dentist as always been such a traumatic expensive experience to be avoided at all costs!! Going to BCD is such a relief for the first time I felt safe and even relaxed The staff are professional caring and I recommend visitng the naturopath dental hygienist and dentist the best money you will ever spend

These people ACTUALLY care about your dental and overall health, which is a rare thing these days. They are up-to-date with new and improved dental health practices, and are very careful about what materials they use. They are incredibly friendly and it's almost a joy to visit them (old fears die hard!)

I had to have my teeth removed recently and i was really worried about the procedure itself and what would happen afterward. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they explained the procedure to me in full and answered all of my questions without hesitation but what really struck me was that they offered me many options and discussed them with me, other dentists I've been to didn't bother and only gave me their personal opinion. It was the best dental experience i ever had and i really liked that i got a cup of tea when i fist walked in the door!

This is the best dentist in the world. The customer care, friendly and professional nature of all staff is unheard of in any other dental practice. We would all agree that dental practices tend to be one of the most unpopular places for most people. I was extremely scared but now I look forward to my next appointment to see my new friends that look after me and my teeth!

These guys are the real deal, they take their time to ensure you are aware of whats happening and it really feels like premium treatment I had this special laser whitening system that was great.

I was quite scared of going to the dentist until I found BCD. They were so gentle and caring I felt so safe. Also they offered lots of information, i didn't know dentists could be holistic but I'm glad i found them. My overall experience was fantastic and I actually look forward to going to the dentist now.

Dr Robert Gammal is one of the few holistic dentists around. He doesn't use mercury amalgam for fillings and he doesn't practice root canal therapy.
