My favorite (and only place ) that I go to eat out. There are many gluten/ dairy free options, eg: rice bread... soy milk smoothies, (not all listed on the menu.. you need to ask). The staff are friendly, attentive, and very happy to alter the meal orders to suit. Perfect for people with multiple food sensitivities . I love the real food, the cosy atmosphere, clean toilets, rustic arty interior, relaxed easygoing pace. No hidden chemicals , no microwaves.... just real food at prices that I can afford. They are closed on Saturdays though... it is their sabbath.

Specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation ( for men and women). Lisa was able to help me understand how scar tissue from 2 major surgeries was causing pain in my lower back, hip, pelvis and bladder. She was very gentle and respectful, answered all my questions clearly in a way that I could understand what was going on , helped me to get more realistic expectations about how muscles work, and gave me resources to look up for more information later on. She gave me specific exercises to help. . .. Wish I'd gone sooner.

Very helpful with details on how to put the inks into my printer, excellent value for money, gave useful advice that helped me to choose a better replacement printer for my needs when the old one died. Highly recommended.

Optometrist and vision improvement lessons with Jenny are very helpful and well presented. The visiting specialists include a behavioral optometrist.. ( Brian Smith) who is using kinesiology as a tool for helping me find some solutions to long term problems with my fluctuating eyesight, and educate me to take more responsibility for my eye health. Here they take a lot more care than others I've been to. The newsletters have lots of great information on new workshops, products and specials.

Helpful staff ..who educate you on how to care for your teeth.. very friendly, did a perfect job, listened to my concerns (about previous reactions to painkillers, dental chemicals, and having my teeth look natural...) and took them seriously. The Naturopath tested for sensitivities, and made recommendations.... All the possible options were fully explained to me so I could choose what to have done. I chose to have NO painkillers at all. ( I recover much more quickly without them.) I felt totally safe and respected, and the fillings are perfectly color matched. They allowed me to have a longer appointment so I could get a lot of work done in just one visit as it is a long way for me to travel. More expensive than some others , and worth every cent!

Despite paying extra for a color match ( in daylight and artificial light) and for 2 imprints of my own teeth, the crowns are too large, do not match my other teeth in color or shape, bled and ached constantly for over 12 months, split my bottom lip open on numerous occasions (where they poke out, and changed my profile to BUCK TEETH! I am extremely unhappy with the response I received when I said I wanted them redone. ( which was to sell me an overpriced mouthguard that made the pain even worse).. I had previously been very happy with my results here ...and would have given a perfect score, but that all changed the day my crowns were put in. I am fed up with people saying I now look like a rabbit..beaver... etc. I sometimes am even embarrassed to smile in public. It took me years to overcome my fear of dentists, and now I have lost my trust again.
