I am not computer savy at all and found the staff at this computer store were great. The problems with my computer hard-drive were explained to me clearly and fixed quickly. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone not very confident with computers but doesn't want to feel spoken down to or ripped off by computer 'experts'.

Ace service. I had a smashed USB with valuable data. I thought I was a goner but the owner got worked some magic and got his hands dirty. Got my data backed up on a new usb and kept my job! win/win.

Bought a UE Mini Boom speaker to pair with my Toshiba laptop. Wouldn't pair. Several calls to shop of purchase, Toshiba & Logitech (UE Mini Mfr) told by Logitech needed
A2DP profile bluetooth. Bought A2DP dongle tried to install, no luck. Called into a couple of local computer stores. Differing opinions of what to do, but couldn't pair speaker. Finally went to another world & received correct advice free of charge. Matter of minutes speaker working perfectly. So grateful for the courteous, friendly service only happy to offer a small payment. Will be first place to go in future, not the last.

We had a new desktop computer made. It was done quickly and has given us options that we didn't have before. I had a few questions about my managing of the computer and the back was and always had been really helpful.

I needed a password reset on a pc I hadn't used in months, it was very reasonably priced and took less than an hour to fix.
The shop was easy to get to and was open on Saturday, the only day I can get things done.

The service offered here is great, however the shop itself could be spruced up a bit. I thought that it was a bit pricey, but that is probably just me.

My computer has been into this shop 3 times - 2 for a hard drive upgrade. While the owner is a little bit stiff, he really knows his stuff, and changed my hard drive in a matter of minutes. He was also very helpful in giving my advice about what to do with my other hard drives, and it very reasonably priced. He also had to fix my computer when it crashed, and it was done very professionally, very cheaply, and on time.
