I originally phoned Another World Computer Store regarding my Canon printer. Paul gave me a phone number and a name of a technician to contact for service of the printer. That contact was very helpful. Thank you Paul. A few days later I had problems with my Laptop and took the computer to Paul. He phoned me on the 2nd. day to collect my Laptop. He explained and demonstrated the Laptop to me so that I understood what had caused the problem. I expected a high price for his work and was very happy with the reasonable cost of the repair and the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked for a business card and was given several, one I kept and passed the other cards to my friends. Thank you once again PAUL for you EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I had a wonderful Experience at the Coburg store. Took my HP laptop for repair last week. The store rep was very friendly and helpful. Had a nice chat with him and a very pleasant person. Today I picked up my laptop all repaired at a very reasonable price. Very happy with the service. Another great thing is that they accept cryptocurrency as payment too (Bitcoin) and other's. I suggested that he add Bitcoin Cash, and he did. Terrific service and a pleasant place. Thanks alot.

Fantastic service from Paul...this was arranged through my housemate who also got great service and problems fixed. My laptop required an expert to work on it, and that’s exactly what happened. Paul had not encountered the problem in a lappy before, but worked out a way to isolate the problem and restore the computer. Very impressive. And, super cheap, considering the time he put in, to resolve the issue. Highly recommended, and could speak to a dummy about her lappy. Love your work Paul. See you next time
