They installed a fully ducted Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning Unit through out the house. Ducts were put into every room with the actual unit outside along the side of the house so that there is a minimum of noise. The control is on the wall in the hallway. We can either have the whole house cooled/heated or by moving a switch either just do the bedrooms or the living area. it's up to us and of course saves energy at the same time
