Hadn’t used these guys before. Found in google. Rang and answered (tried someone else who didn’t answer so went with these guys). Said would be out today. Guy turned up told me what was wrong (booster and splitter in ceiling cavity with old insuwool in it) gave me price which I was happy with. Fixed it. Showed me what he had replaced.
