I have been with them some 25 years and found them to be good and give me loans whenever I want to buy a new house, car, boat, motorbike or some business opportunity. I will never change banks.

Staffs are very friendly. I feel warm and welcome by them when I first open my account with ANZ but with their fees charges, I have switch from ANZ to HSBC.

I recently visited ANZ and opened a new bank account. The process they have in place for handling new customers is very friendly and personal however it did drag on a little. I felt as if they were trying to sell add ons non stop...

I use ANZ bank for some of our business banking needs. They are a professional bank and one of Australia's leading major banks. The building is also got some very old architechial significant and history in Melbourne.

anz is quite good to bank with. has some good rates happening there with credit cards. their atms are pretty frequent wen your looking for one. i bank with them the most.

staff are very friendly and am always concerned if you have any problems, totally different to the service that other banks offer and feel that they dont always push products onto you

ANZ 55 Collins makes banking convenient. Most transactions may be done on-line, and ATM machines are covneniently located in train stations, supermarkets, malls and most suburbs. The fact that bank officers are empowered to waive minor fees/surcharges is encouraging. They make banking easy, that's why even though their rates are not the lowest, I would still choose to bank with ANZ 55 Collins.

Great bank. They really helped us out a lot when it came to what type of savings account we want to open. There service is great. Interest rates are ok, but still competitive. Good bank to choose...............

After the pain we experienced with our first home loan, I decided to write a tender document and send it to the major 4 banks; ANZ, Commonwealth, NAB and Westpac. The Commonwealth didn't even respond when I sent it to them, the NAB hardly read it at all and just printed off web material for me to look at when I met them, the Westpac responded too late, however the ANZ called me the day I gave it to them. The consultant (Kyp Kyprou), called me to say that he had it and would read it over the next day or two. He called again on the 3rd day and invited me in for a chat. I sat down and clarified some of the things listed in the document and provided more info on what we were looking to achieve. We spent the next two talking and discussing the options when we sprung a suprise on him - We found a house sooner than we expected. Kyp provided as much time as we needed to speed things up and still went above and beyond to explain it all again to Jacqui when we went to make out final decision. He then informed us which product he recommended and how it matched each one of our objectives listed in the tender document. We decided then and there that this was the best option and we progressed with the ANZ. We re-financed our existing property, borrowed for the new one, transferred our bank accounts and migrated credit card services. The process to do so was fantastic, Kyp was proactive in letting us know what need to happen and when, got everything sorted for us and even when he had to hand over to his banking services staff, he informed them of everything so that when we came in to sign the documents, they knew exactly what was going on. At the end of it all (couple of weeks) we sat down for a coffee and he informed me that whenever I needed assistance, I could always come and visit. I have done so twice now and all ANZ transactions and follow-ups have been outstanding.
