Their service was delivered systematically from the point of contact in the office to the frontline removalists. The delivery was taken place within the timeframe indicated on the booking confirmation. I also required additional assembling service. The removalists are jack of all trades! They came and assembled the table promptly! Highly recommend!

I purchased a TV unit online and I live in a comparable rural area. I received a call from Apex in 5 mins after I posted the job! There weren't many options open when I posted the job. Basically I decided to go ahead with the Apex after I had a quick chat with one of the team members. The whole process went so smoothly. The completion of the job and time sensitivity were factored in the price they quoted me. I have used several couriers, but none of them is more dedicated than Apex! They really know what they are doing!

The price was competitive within the scope of the service provided! The agent walked me through the breakdown of the charges patiently. It is worth mentioning that the price was transparent compared with other removals companies I have engaged so far. I required an additional removalist at both ends due to the the weight of the sofa. They gave me 2 scenarios which clearly set out how much more an additional removalist will cost, and how much time it will save if an additional removalist was added.. Very professional! Update: the sofa was delivered without a scratch!

Cannot thank Apex enough for their professionalism. We required packing service as well as my partner and I worked full time on the date of the move. The packers were prompt , and they packed everything safely and carefully. I had left the key to the guys before I left for work. But I was kept informed every step of the way. The whole process went so smoothly with well organisation. I just recommended Apex to a friend! Thanks heaps!

Worst experience I have ever had with a service provider. If you would like to do business with a company that has a minimum of interest in customer satisfaction - stay away!
I hired Apex to help with my move from Melbourne to regional Victoria. They estimated 8 hours of work and said that if more hours were required additional charges would apply, which is totally ok.
On the day of the move, before dropping my furniture at the destination, I received a call saying that their new estimate was 10 hours and that I would have to make a transfer of the remaining balance and send a receipt before they could drop my furniture. I asked and got confirmation over the phone that if they finished the job in less than 10 hours I would get a refund.
In the end the job took 7 hours and 45 minutes and I've been calling and emailing for over 20 days asking for my refund and hearing the same response: "our compliance team is looking into it and will get back to you in the next couple of days".
Additionally, I won't go into detail, I had a bad experience with one of the removalists (the other two were very professional) and sent a complaint about items that were damaged and never got a response.

In summary: I was overcharged, wasted time for 20+ days following up to simply get my money back for the non-used hours and still couldn't get a solution.

This was the second time I used Apex. They kept me posted in prior to the move always made me feel at ease. Their professionalism could not be more helpful from the point they arrived, loaded up my possessions to deliver them.. Much appreciated for your help Apex!

We had to pack up my mums house remotely as we are in Victoria and she lived in NSW. It was exceedingly stressful and the Apex team esp Alex were awesome. We had some communications issues initially which was more to do with our need to be super organised to minimise mums stress. The team understood and managed us respectfully and kindly. On the day I could not have asked for a more personalised service. They zoomed mum and I and showed us through the house as we had not been there for over 6 months. They patiently recorded what we needed to pack and store locally and what needed to come to Victoria. At all points they checked in with us , made sure everything was packed safely and they had gotten our complicated instructions correct. We had hired another firm earlier in the piece to transport our things to Melbourne when we thought we could get over the border to pack up the house. They were certainly not as professional or reliable as the Apex team. If things had worked out differently we would have hired Apex to do the whole job. I highly recommend them.

Apex Would have to be the best transport Logistics in the business they keep you informed of every stage of the move, where it is ,how it's going ,what times it's been delivered ,what time's it been picked up, cannot fault them they are the best . I would recommend to anybody and I'd like to thank Alex and team for keeping me informed all the time. Will be using them for my next move in the very near future,thankyou Apex
