I am not fan to write reviews but in this case I feel I have to do it. I wanted to get a quality drinking water so I went to the website an order two bottles of water and they arrived on time. I didn’t finish the water so I phoned them several times to cancel my next delivery but nobody answered, and in their website there’s no way to cancel the order so for the next several weeks I continued receiving more bottles. The most scary thing was when I founded a jellyball about 1cm wide floating in the water, I phoned again several times o the company until I finally contacted a young lady who answered and passed the message to the owner of the company . He phoned me and told me that he cannot guarantee a 100% the cleanest of the bottles due to they wash the bottles but something can happen in the process so for my peace of mind I asked him to invite me to see the process, he said he will call me back and he never did. I do not recommend this company. Be careful of what you consume.

Was great to begin with but new admin person is rude, never answers phone calls or emails and has stuffed up my orders constantly. Started charging without delivering product and had to dispute it in order to get a refund because I wasn't getting answered. After using it for years, it's such a shame to have to cancel due to horrible customer service.

Near non existent customer service. They have never once answered their phone when I have tried calling them. I have tried to call them on so many occasions, 4, 5 even 6 times a day. The only way I ever got them to call me back was to leave a message saying that if I did not get a call back on the same day, I'd cancel all future orders. There is no way to pause repeat orders on their webpage. To add, they have very irregular delivery days. I have had emails saying my water would be delivered on a specific day, but never arrived. Getting in touch and amending orders, or changing requirements with them is borderline impossible. An utter nuisance to deal with their company. Their actions, or lack their of tell me that I am not valued as a customer. Good luck trying to get through to them and speak to someone. Good luck trying to get them to return your phone call.

Great tasting water and great service. Much better than any other options on the market in terms of taste and value.

I have been drinking Apostle water for a while now but are having issues with occasional bad water which smells and tastes awful. I noticed the bottle had green slim around the base after I already drank most of it. So for obvious reasons concerned now as this been happening several times and there water is not consistently safe to drink. Disappointed as no one has rang me back and seem to be concerned. Bit of a worry, buyer beware.

The water tastes great but they often forget to deliver it and we have to contact them to arrange a re-delivery.

This is a western Australian owned and operated company. These guys are great. The water itself tastes good, they provided the water dispenser, and regularly deliver there water on the day they say. The owner used to deliver himself and was a nice guy. An easy Internet ordering service and everything else takes care of itself. I've been using them at home for years and have nothing but good to say about them. Quality western Australian spring water delivered to your door with no fuss, at a fair price.
