As much as i love apple this store takes so long to do anything. Dont go during school hols! We made an appointment for a time and didnt get in until almost half an hour later even thomstaff were just sitting behind the service desks. Was super hero day so everyone was dressed up, amused us for the time being. I eneded up buying a set of ear buds $50 other than having a phone reset when it screwed up with the ios 8 update. The guy that helped us was brilliant. Sense of humour, apologetic, fast in his response to fix the phone. Coildnt fault him. Place gets so packed tho so book an appt and prepare to wait. Huge store to browse and try products

Can't falter this place but I've been told all Apple Stores are run the same way. What a buzz of a place this store is. My son bought me an iPad so went in there to do a basic workshop. The shop is huge with workshop tables everywhere where people (young and old) are trying out stuff or doing a class. plus I noticed staff are running around everywhere singing and thought it was a lovely gesture that staff all clapped and cheered when someone made a big purchase. My niece also had problems with her 7 month old IPhone that was shutting down all the time, so I drove her to this Store and they didn't even question her, the young man went outside and got her a brand new one. Talk about hassle free service. Was really nice to have a company accept that their product was faulty, apologised and replaced it "ASAP" now that's called SERVICE. Thank you

Clean, well presented, with great modern design. Fantastic product selection with "play before you buy" policy. The best service, as you would expect from Apple. Very friendly staff.

i love the apple store everything is so modern. i bought my iPod here and i'm glad it had a warranty because it broke in 4 months. i like that you can play with the products before you buy them.

Really great store - has a lot of products. Can be too busy though and hard to find a staff member sometimes. I also find that apple is generally the most expensive for buying products - jb is much cheaper!

bought a macbook pro... got home and found that the lid had a small scratch on it...
Called the store and they wanted me to return it straight away for a replacement..

The second laptop i took home, opened it... no scratch.... powered it up and this one had a noisy fan... called them again, and they said they were sorry, bring it back.
They elected to replace it since it was making the noise from day one.

Got a third macbook pro - got home and opened it up... unbelievable; it has the same scratch as the first one! I checked the serial numbers and it was a different machine.. turns out that it was some sort of manufacturing defect on the production line... or at least thats what it looks like.
Took it back to get the fourth macbook pro;

this one is a keeper. No scratches, and a quiet fan (lets hope that the fan is working when it needs to!)

On the whole, the store and the staff were brilliant to deal with.
Im annoyed at the product and the fact i had to drive 20km there and back 4 times to get it resolved...

Best store I have ever been to. They have loads of staff on hand to help. They are always willing to replace or fix products. I am very impressed with this store.
