I took my computer in for an appointment with a Mac genius and it was a fantastic experience. They were very smart and knew what they were talking about. They diagnosed the problem and told me how to fix it easily. I haven't had such good service anywhere else! The best part was they didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions.
