The Apple Store always has hundreds of people there at a time! They provide quality products although i have waited at the register many of times ready to buy a product and no one (out of the 135 staff) had helped me. Somedays we wait there for 10 to 15 minutes. Definitely room for improvement!

It was great, I booked on line in seconds, I was running late and they didn't mind, and then when I got there, they helped me with my problem better than I could have imagined.

everything is great, wish they were a bit more competitive with their prices though, need to cater for the average family

This store has excellent customer service the staff are very kind and understanding this store is quite popular it's always buzzing with people but there is always a staff member to help you.
