I had a wonderful experience today at Apple Chermside. From the first steps into the store, the greeters were very attentive and I was told where to wait for my rep to explain my iPhone issues. Josh was very knowledgeable, friendly and took care of checking my phone and diagnosing what needed repairing. He explained the whole process to me and said it would be fixed by a specific time and when I went back at my allotted time it was all done. The lady who helped me with the pick up was also knowledgeable and friendly. They all were.

I can’t say enough about my experience at Apple Chermside, if I could give 10 stars ️ I would.

Although thismplace gets packed and the queue out the door during holidays ,its the best place to get service and free lessons to use ipads and iphones . Staff name tags are a a bit over sized I reckon lol,but apart from that ,its a huge bright store that sells apple products,accessories and you can book for ipad lessons or desktop lessons even if its just to update yourself on the new programmes. Have purchased ipad covers for around $40 that last forever and the store is huge and bright with all products set up to try. Staff even dress up on certain days.the day we were there they were super heroes. I do,suggest you book appt tho to save the long waits

Made an appointment for 11 am to get my iphone and ipad looked at becuase after the ios 8 update they screwed up,well got,their at 11 was told to wait at a table, school hold aghhh why do ppl take their kids in there to play games!
No one came to help so went to stand near the genius bar,11:20 still no,sign of help.went to greeter and asked her whats happening. Next in line shouldn't be long,another ten minutes. Finally a guy comes to help with all the apologies. Ok lets get moving here. He was a lovely man, restored both the phone and the ipad to working order and i didnt lose very much info. All at no cost. I needed a usb cord for the ipad ,and some earphones,cost $60. Hard to find someone to help even tho their are lots of store walkers seemingly looking busy in this packed store. Transaction was done on a scanner, change given ,receipt sent to email which I like. The guys are friendly and helpful and know what they are on about when you finally get someone to help. Just don't go during school hols. Lining up,at front door just to,get in past a greeter is a pain tho.

My old MacBook died recently and it was time to upgrade. The experience at the Apple Store is amazing. I bought my old laptop online but going in to the store and being served the way they do is a delight. I was greeted straight away and someone with specific knowledge of the Mac I wanted was with me in a few minutes. It's a work computer but I love it all the same!

Went into this store unsure if I should buy an apple iPad. I already had a apple desktop computer and was impressed with that. I spoke to one of the salesmen who was great. He showed me all I wanted to see and was very friendly an attentive. I told him what I actually wanted to pay for a new iPad and what the best price I had seen in another shop was and he agreed with the price straight away and then took a further $50 off the price. I bought the iPad and was very happy. Two days later I returned to the store with my iPad as I was having problems with the set up of it( not the iPad itself, which is still wonderful 2 years later) and the salesman who sold it to me recognized me straight away and come over to help me. What a wonderful man. Great store, great service.

Have recently purchased a computer from here! Staff are extremely helpful and definitely know what they're talking about. Despite the store always being very busy, they manage to find someone to help you pretty quickly.

Bit of a mixed review for this one due to the varying degrees of customer service by different individuals. Had an appointment at the Genius bar this morning, everything was great, so easy to book online and when I got there I didn't wait, was seen to straight away. The guy knew what he was talking about and swapped my iPhone over FREE OF CHARGE even though it was out of warranty by 33 days! I went home and had trouble restoring all my stuff onto the new phone, so I called the store back and got a girl on the phone, she wouldn't get the original guy that helped me as he "was serving other customers" even though he told me to call him back personally if I had a problem. She pretty much brushed me off, said try this and see how you go, it didn't work so I called and got the same girl again, she told me the advice I was originally given was right and it wouldn't have been given if it wasn't right and it was now up to "Apple care" to now help me and she'd put me through. Apple care were really friendly although not very helpful, in the end I called the store up again and got a different girl who was much nicer than the first, she went through some steps with me and when that didn't work she booked me in for another appointment the same day. I went in and everything was fixed in a matter of minutes. Apple are pretty awesome over all, their warranties are fantastic and MOSTLY great with their customer service, just varies with each person I guess, but they definitely know their stuff, so over all a big thumbs up, we got there in the end.
